Clean, efficient and great location! It was also very quiet which is unusual for a New York hotel! Highly recommend!

You couldn't ask for a hotel better-located with better amenities.

Great hotel, easy access. Check in was a breeze although we had to wait almost two hours for a room. They did offer compensation for the delay which was appreciated.

Excellent location and quiet room in the middle of Times Square

Never use you or go to Marriott. That small room should be condemed.

Amazing! Best place to stay in NYC!!! Right in the heart of New York City.

Hotel is located right directly on Times Square so be very prepared for the hustle and bustle of New York foot traffic along with vehicle traffic. The hotel has made some changes to the restaurant and now has an outdoor terrace right onto Times Square. The room was a little tired looking and needs some refreshing with lighter colors. The bathtub in my room truly needs to be retired. It was completely stained with I am not sure what it may have been. Be aware that the buffet for 2 people will run you eighty dollars without tip. The food was good but nothing worth the price even for Manhattan and the Marriott's location. So all in all the rooms are fair, food over priced and just fair, but you do pay for the location.

We have stayed at the Marriott marquis multiple times and love it there. Great location. Great amenities. We will be back.

Was expecting microwave and mini fridge in room. Location of hotel is great. Would have been helpful to be told about who to watch out for on the streets when going to purchase broadway tickrts. Go to the booth, don't buy from people who stop you before you get to booth. We paid $75 for a $45 ticket. Lesson learned. That was the only negative thing out of 5 days. Good food, touring, shopping, the play, and the Uber driver was great.

I wanted to be centrally located but this is more of a conference center. It was really too busy for us. Room service is fresh bites, which is super fast but not delicious, no bottled waters, robes, mini fridges... not quite what I expected.

Good overall experience, good place to stay with your family if you would like to be in time square

Amy at the check in desk was AWESOME!! she was able to find us a room with a view of Time Square on the 38th floor. Our daughter had the best time and had a birds eye view. The other staff where just as kind and helpful. We will for sure return.

Just ok, they need to work on keeping the rooms more clean

Most of the staff were very helpful. Staff in the gift shop were somewhat rude. Room was clean and spacious. Temperature control was difficult.

We had a very pleasant stay. We flew in from Houston to attend an event at MetLife stadium in New Jersy. Chose to stay here as it was in the middle of all the action at Times Square. Great view from hotel room and restaurants.

Stayed 3 days with family at the hotel. It's big and right in the center of the time square. The elevators are in the mid and you need to key the floor number outside before you step in. Several minutes walk to subways and to lot of restaurants.

Marriott Marquis has an excellent location with ease to Broadway and beyond. I was expecting more nuisance from tourists, but was pleasantly surprised by the clientele, as I was there for business and pleasure. There was a certain disdain for booking through a third party (Orbitz) even though I am an Elite member, as evidenced by the front desk staff. Other staff was very friendly. The room was more spacious than I expected from 2 double beds. Overall wonderful experience, other than the front desk blip.

The hotel has a great location and nice room. My problem was that after checking out I left 3 phone and computer chargers in the room. I called and left a message shortly after. It took 2 days and multiple messages to receive a return call. Then the answer was no we did not find them. I saw the housekeeper that was going into the room on our way out the door and know it would be easy for the staff to know whom this was. However there was no effort to do anything about the loss. It is a large hotel and customer service gets lost in this.

We were able to get in room early. Not cleaned good M and Ms all over the floor in various places. Don't think it was ever vacuumed. Next day after being out all day came back to room at 3:30 on and room wasn't even cleaned at all yet! Out of EVERYTHING!

Very comfortable bed and bedding! I highly recommend this hotel. I don't have a single complain. Wish we would have stayed longer. You can walk to any restaurant or entertainment because everything is so close by. All the attractions are in Times Square!
