First there was not free parking, only valet for $95. Room with 2 double beds supposes to have extra sheets and towels. Understating that is COVID era,but is good to have at least 2 bottles of water. You paid $300 for night!.I’m not staying in Marriott hotels any more.

the hotel is beautiful perfect location the problem was very bad service they did not clean the room no information upon my arrival 😳😳😳sad !

This is not the right time to go this hotel. Staff is not that friendly. You go directly to your room. Everything is closed. So what’s the point? Save money and get another hotel

Friendly and good food. Nice broad way shows Would like to return after Coronavirus is over.

Their property was clean and staff was friendly. The location was excellent!

The elevator system was unique. The property is HUGE!! The rooms were very good sized for a NYC property.

Beautiful property. Great location, and services. Walking distances to all broadway shows. Open space and you cant miss the big red signs. Lobby is on 8th floor.

Any inquiries I made were answered promptly, courteously, and solved the problem I had

Exelentent view and location. The best hotel in Manhattan NY.

The view was awesome, room service was fast. I will be staying there again for sure. Nice staff too.

upon checking in we were offered an upgrade for $5000, but only to the same accommodations we already paid for. staff was unhelpful, we had an issue with the unsecured WiFi and the attendant offer to have tech services come to the room, the WiFi was not generated from the room. took 2 hours to get up the elevator on certain nights.our third adult had to sleep on an antique of a sofa bed.enormous charge for shitty stay.

The coffee machine did not work and despite promising twice to replace the machine this did not happen during our 3 night stay. The room Delivery staff also promised to bring a bottle opener but never returned as promised.

The hotel can use upgrading. The rooms, beds, furniture, etc The restaurant food is average at its best
