Brought my daughter to NYC for the first time for her 14th birthday. Saw 3 shows and felt very safe with the Marquis as our home base. The room was very spacious and had a great view. Room service credit didn’t go very far but it was fine - we enjoyed a little snack before our evening shows each night.

Check in was bad. Water started pouring into the lounge during breakfast. The food and service in the eighth floor restaurant was horrible. A few staff members were wonderful. The prices in the shop are too high.
