The room was great, the gym very well equipped. Some machines were missing in my opinion, but for a hotel gym on Times Square, it was great. The check in staff was a little rough around the edges, but she did her job, even if I was missing a certain warmth or feeling of being welcome. Ruth from the Broadway lounge was an excellent host and she went the extra mile on my birthday. I already tipped her generously, but please keep her in mind for any promotions or letters of recommendation, she was the pinnacle of service.
