The room was great, the gym very well equipped. Some machines were missing in my opinion, but for a hotel gym on Times Square, it was great. The check in staff was a little rough around the edges, but she did her job, even if I was missing a certain warmth or feeling of being welcome. Ruth from the Broadway lounge was an excellent host and she went the extra mile on my birthday. I already tipped her generously, but please keep her in mind for any promotions or letters of recommendation, she was the pinnacle of service.

New York City does not like service dogs, and probably dogs of any kind. Hotels tgat charge $29. for a hamburger (with fries) need to have more amenities for people with service animals. To allow a service animal to accompany its client is a matter of law; to provide the most basic necessities for that service animal is a matter of human decency. A 4+ star hotel should understand that.

August visit to Times Square

I stayed for a conference. I booked through trivago as I couldn't get the conference booking to work. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk, to the gift shop! Great job. I am a Marriott Rewards member, and I was proud of the hotel for the superb experience.

Excellent hotel! The best you can ask for. So convenient to all things touristy. Theatres close by. Dining close by. Very clean. Wonderful, friendly staff! Just the best place to stay in NYC. Second time staying here. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay. The staff were amazing all around. Super helpful. Nice room service options and great that to off set prices of fees they charge we got a $40 a day room service credit. One con is the noise, we in the 25th floor and we could still hear all the cars, sirens and music/noise outside.
