I have stayed at the Sheraton Towers in New York City for the past 20 years and this facility just keeps getting better. The location in Mid Town Manhattan is perfect for almost any function you may have in New York City, Broadway shows, restaurants, shopping or business. My wife and I stayed there over Easter weekend and walked to St. Patrick's Cathedral for Easter Mass, Tavern On The Green for Brunch and took in a Broadway show that evening.
Centrally located to theater, Central Park & zoo & Top of the Rock. Personnel added a special touch with birthday cake for my granddaughter's 6th birthday & with free movie. We all enjoyed our visit. Thank you Sheraton !!
Excellent Hotel And and service. Rooms were very clean. Hotel is very well taken care of.
Getting enough towels and coffee was a struggle. Location is excellent.
This hotel was located within walking distance of where I wanted to go with a subway entrance right around the corner for longer trips. The rooms were clean and with ample space.
The hotel was perfect for my 2 night stay in New York city. I was here on business and the location was in the heart of the city which made it easy to get around. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk gave me free wifi and the room was quiet.
This hotel is perfect for site seeing. (5 blocks from Time Square, 6 blocks from Central Park, 3 blocks from Rockafeller Center and walking distance to all Broadway theaters) We were there for our 10th anniversary and desk clerk made sure we had a view of Time Square from 41st floor plus sent up complimentary champagne and strawberries. Hotel was clean and in much better condition than others. Plus room was great size for NYC.
Kirk the front desk who checked us in was so nice and professional.
All went well great friendly staff , nice location. If coming in from JFK- E train takes you right to the hotel.
Nice location but the beds were terrible, lumpy and woke up every hour with the staff door slamming constantly. Small room which are expected in NYC and said they would give a view and it was a office building next door, and can see a billboard in Times Square that's it. Overall ok experience
We needed a stay for a weekend trip and Sheraton was in the perfect locations for our plans. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We will stat there again.
Perfect location! Everything is right in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and shows. The hotel staff was very friendly and overall a good experience.
Not what Sheraton used to be. As soon as I walked into my room in the evening, I bumped into something ! The room was dark since it was the evening and as soon as I turned on the entry light. I found that the floor to ceiling window mirror had fallen off from the wall and someone had lay it again the wall. It took 3 days for someone to rehung it ! Fortunately I didn't toppled it injuring myself with broken glass !
In the heart of Manhattan . Close to everything. I will book it again
Travel last minute for business / leisure to New York City. Chose the Sheraton because I'm a SPG gold member. Typically you get small upgrades or simple things like water in your room and a couple drinks upon arrival. But apparently this hotel does not honor that. Tried to use the SPG app for the keyless entry to the rooms but the system did not work. Wasn't worth the extra money that I spent to stay there.
I think they should have just used king size beds instead of queen size. Would have made the stay more comfortable
Excellent amenities.. Super clean room and super clean hallways smelling nice..
Only thing they do not keep same room you reserved , they gave us a double bed rooms instead of king size the ones we reserved . That's really bad. I may not go to the hotel again for that reason. They got the money in advance and money isn't refundable so the gave the worst rooms to us and disregarded our reservation of the king size rooms .
Everything was good. Room was very clean. The only thing was we could hear street noise at night on the 35th floor. That might be because of a crack on the window that my son found. I was tired enough that the noise didn't keep me awake.
