The room was great. The staff was great. On check out the elevators were not working, after waiting 30min we took the stairs 32 flights down with carry ons so we would nor miss our train. Not a great ending.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Time Square. The updated rooms on the 20th floor were immaculate and very quiet! The staff at the Westin were very courteous and helpful! The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see! I would stay here again! A wonderful coffee shop was right across the street and we visited it daily before venturing out for the day !

Nice property and convenient location. Nothing special about the check in staff. Bellman and security had better customer service skills. Elevator had extremely long wait times. Housekeeping staff was also friendly.

Need the perfect location in times square?? This is it!! 7-11 convenience store right across the street for necessities, staff was professional, location was exceptional right next to times square and the lyric theater and the rooms were well maintained. WILL RETURN!

Room wasn't ready until more than an hour after check-in time. Staff provided a meal credit for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. The room itself could have been better. There was no mini fridge, lamps and telephone were extremely dirty, there was only 1 USB port for charging, bathroom light (motion sensored) kept going out while taking a shower. For the price paid, I had higher expectations for cleanliness and amenities. Would not stay here again.

Cleaners came in everyday and we would tip them! Lovely staff! Only thing that lets it done is storage if your a family of four!! Also bedside tables!!

We stayed at the Westin over New Years. It was perfect for our stay. There are a lot of food options near the hotel and everything in Times Square is walkable. There is a subway entrance right outside the hotel that will give you access to anywhere you want to go. I thought the room was a decent size for New York. Overall, I recommend staying here.
