This hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Except for the cleaning lady who walked in our room without knocking several times and the fact that there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Only available by request. The tickets they provide to attractions big plus and the location was great! Overall I would stay here again!

The bed and pillows were amazing! The shower also was nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby has ample seating for larger groups who want to hang out together outside the rooms. We ate and played cards in the lobby so we could all be together. The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk to Times Square. Definitely worth the price. If I ever go back to New York, I will stay again.

Breakfast should be free. the tiny pancake that spits out of the machine missing its mark is not what I was expecting. Staff did not communicate accurate charges for the stay as well. My receipt and what I was actually charged did not match up.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great and the rooms are a decent size. We like the breakfast as well and were able to find lots of options.

I always stay at this hotel - Kenneth, Alba, and everyone else are so nice and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are incredible (the bread puddings are especially yummy). My one very small quibble is that I wish the rooms were equipped with mini-fridges; other than that, I will never stay anywhere else when I take my frequent trips to Manhattan.
