Dirty smelly rooms. Clogged bathtub . And there’s hidden chargers.

Air conditioner did not work and never was fixed. Talked to the manager and he gave me 5,000 Starwood points WOW no thanks

Excellent room! The staff were very friendly. Excellent location! Everything is walking distance!

This hotel is expensive but not worth the money you pay for it, I book it because it promise a city view room.. at check in it take them 15 min to get to us ( they have VIP line that go first with 3 people and only 1 line for all the rest), everything I ask include crib for the baby took forever!!! They not even answer the service room...the room are big but no city view only from 23 floor and you need to pay a lot more for this ... take your money and spend it on hotel that worth it

the only thing i did not like was that they charge a destination fee amd we were not informed at check in and the room was not made one night

Quick and easy ride from either Airport. The staff was more than accommodating - they were possibly the best Hotel staff I've encountered.

The Westin Time Square is located on 43rd Street between 7th and 8th Avenue. The famous Time Square is right at 42nd and 7th Ave. When we arrived around 12:30 pm, our room was not available, the front desk representative offered a corner room with $30 more per day. This was definitely worth every bit of the money. The room was spacious, with wrap around desk/counter, internet outlet, flat screen TV, safe, coffee maker, one free bottle of water; and the view was wonderful. We also have the breakfast at the Foundry. The buffet breakfast included hot oatmeal, fresh fruits, ham and cheese, hard boiled eggs, Starbucks Coffee, Tazo tea bags, toast and jams, bagel and cream cheese.....and the service was very attentive. They also play great music. Overall, it feels like home away from home.

I don't mind tipping, I believe in being rewarded for hard work. But, I don't like feeling intimidated to do so. e.g. Bellman/luggage handler

I discovered Westin Hotels in Cincinnati and at this point I may not ever use anything other than Starwood Hotels. Very impressed...

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5.00pm had to wait one hour before we could get into our room all we received for this was a 75 dollars credit

Paid extra to get corner room with city view, the room was in the back of the hotel on a floor that had little view, some of which was blocked.

Our stay at the Westin Times Square was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better hotel - everything about it was great. The room was a good size, the beds, as always, were very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The hotel staff were very helpful. And of course couldn't ask for a better location. Thank you. We will hopefully be back soon!

Very disappointed in The Westin, Times Square. We "thought" we would have a room with a view, however, the room we were given had a teeny little 2 foot window in the corner of the room. We had to manuever the desk chair over to it in order to see outside!! Horrible!!

Luxury at reasonable price. Good location near Times Square. Definitely stay there again.

First impression as I walked into my room was what is that smell? The bathroom smelled of grime or like they cleaned it with a wet, dirty towel. The rest of the room was fine, very comfy bed but the duvet made it feel very humid, still very comfy sleeping! Last day it was pouring and the hotel staff was quick to start handing out umbrellas, thank you so much, that was awesome!

Customer service may be improved. Front desk staff not very professional

Good location. Right next to subway and Broadway theaters and short walking distance to Times Square. This was our second stay at the Westin Times Square this year. At other hotels that we stay at the staff always recognizes that and welcomes us back. It's just nice way to acknowledge that the hotel realizes that there are many choices out there and that they are appreciative when you choose to stay with them again in a very short period of time. That little bit of appreciation goes a long way and provides reconfirmation on your hotel selection and helps to build brand loyalty. Best of all for the hotel is that it doesn't cost them anything to do.

Perfect Times Square location, easy nearby parking (for a fee). Very nice staff, easy responses to questions, flexible with all requests.

We Had An Amazing Time Beautiful Hotel Walking Distance To Everything I Will For Sure Go Back

We will not be going back there ever again staff was rude as can be ordered room service and receive it almost 3 hours later
