Came to NYC for the Thanksgiving weekend. Got to the hotel a little early and the room wasn’t ready headed over to a rooftop restaurant while I waited. When I got back they had me set up in an upgraded room with panoramic view. Beautiful views, very roomy and the service was top notch. This is a great place to stay if you visit the city. It’s a very centralized location with plenty of things to do all around it. Thank you so much for your service!!!!

I love the location.

Our window shades were torn and had holes, couch had a stain on it, bed sheets were yellow, there was no room service which is a big reason why we picked a hotel versus Airbnb. Room also didn’t have a mini fridge.

This property made me feel safe. The room was very nice and clean. They give you full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air worked well. If I ever go to New York again I will stay here. The beds were very comfortable!!! We stayed in 2133. It was quiet and the only thing we heard a few times was an ambulance. No outside people noise though! Best location!! You are near many food places, shopping, and Times Square. Loved this property!!

Great hotel

Staff were very friendly. We will go back.

Located right near all the theaters - very short walk. Large lobby after ascending long escalator. Lots of add on taxes and charges. Local hotel tax refunded to guest via a $30 credit for breakfast which cost $37, and single tickets to various venues around town. Use daily or lose it. Room was very good sized, clean, and well furnished.

George was the nicest most helpful person. Our room was ready and available before check in. Such a great experience all around!!

Would have liked to have a fridge in the room and even better a microwave there were no restaurant facilities other that $30 breakfast. But diners and eatery’s close by

As nice and enjoyable as this hotel was, it just misses the mark of being what I would categorize as a real luxury hotel. The rooms were big enough and the beds were definitely comfortable, But the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Inside the bathroom there was very little counter space and the design of the shower was problematic and felt very cramped. While the bathroom had obviously been redesigned with a rain head shower, a towel rack, and new tile, the designers chose to leave the built-in shower tub, which made standing in the shower feel especially cramped. I would rather have had just a nice walk in shower and reach for my towel afterwards. There was also no lock on the sliding bathroom door. Not a big issue if you’re traveling alone, but when you have kids that like to walk wherever they feel, a lack of privacy becomes an issue. We never utilized the gym. The on-site restaurant, The Foundry, was tasty but WAY too epensive for what it was. On the upside, the hotel gives you a $30 a day credit to use at The Foundry, which helped offset the cost. The hotel was located just a stone’s throw away from the subway and Times Square. There are also numerous eateries within a block of the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here, but only if proximity to times square is of the highest importance to you. The nightly rate is just too steep for what you get in return value.

It was convenient to Times Square. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping was very respectful. Front desk was very helpful and nice.

Great location, rooms were clean with nice views of the city.

Staff is friendly.... Some rooms are a little old/dated... Others have been updated

Best location, near Time square, lots of food places, Starbucks, Subway and buses, tour buses right in front of hotel, within walking distance to so many places.

Very nice

Staff was great!
