Nice rooms and friendly staff. High recommend. For sure I’ll be back

I got the room for my brother due to his apartment being renovated and his cards being tied up. Not only did the staff allow me to email my cars info for the incidentals charge but since I am active and my brother is prior service gave him an upgraded 18th floor overlooking the city view (I saw through FaceTime was beautiful) but 3 free drink vouchers as well as allowed him to check in early since he couldn’t go back to his place after work. Big thanks to Giovanni and Lauren at the front desk! They were amazing and definitely need raises!

First let me stress- I've been to other Moxy's and have always had a great experience! I'm a local who had an event to attend which I knew would run pretty late in area so instead of traveling home via the hectic subway, I treated myself to a overnight in the city. It was all downhill from the jump: Long wait to check in; Distracted, not so friend desk staff; You have to take two sets of elevators to your room (that take FOREVER) using keycard for 2nd elevator-my cards were set up improperly, had to go back downstairs; Room was never cleaned and missing bathsoap, handsoap, face towels, toilet paper-bathroom floors and sink area were filthy; Sink was clogged; called front desk (no answer),took them 45 mins to send someone after I went down to get help (they didn't answer when I called the entire time mind you); TV wasnt working; Went down to inquire about room switch and they wouldnt accommodate (3rd trip downstairs); AC unit is SO LOUD, it was torturous trying to fall asleep; Right when I began to nod off- potent AF weed smells start seeping into the room at 130am in the morning!! Inconsiderate room neighbors-call downstairs, guess what? UNANSWERED. To top it all off check out is at 11am, at 10am we had this rude maid (prob same that failed to prep our room) come knocking at the door asking when we were leaving- ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Overall terrible experience and I will be rethinking booking another Moxy in the future. This review may sounds bratty but when you try to trea

Property was fun and modern. Fun to have games to be able to play.

I liked that they offered a free drink on the hous

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room and the modern bathrooms with ample counter space. The rooms are small (as in all NY hotels), but are incredibly functional. Other things we loved: the free drink tokens for the 3rd floor bar, the great gym, and the amazing views from the windows in the hallway. If you're comfortable taking the subway, the downtown location shouldn't deter you at all. The only downside of our stay was that we had booked a city view room, but were informed at check-in that the room type had been overbooked and there weren't any rooms of that kind of available. The staff more than made up for the error; they went out of their way to find us another room with good views and offered us a generous breakfast credit and a few extra drink tokens to make it right. We'd return in a heartbeat! Great value and incredibly kind stuff.

Super hip, loved the recreation area, got 2 free drinks upon arrival, rooms were really fun, and it was all very affordable!

Super cute spot that's really in the middle of everything. Theres a CVS around the corner, Chic Fit A, Shake Shack, pizza, etc. You're right next to the Brooklyn Bridge and 9/11 Memorial. Right next to the subway and its only a 15 minute ride uptown. Love the hotel, decor, room everything was just like the photos and more. The bathroom in the mirror is gorgeous and the 3rd floor hang out spot is super cool. Friendly staff able to check in early without any fees! Will definitely stay here again!

Pillows are hard and uncomfortable. That is my only complaint. Overall Hotel is amazing.

Branded new hotel with great atmosphere just a few steps from Brooklin bridge (you can see it well from higher floors) and different MTA stations/lines. Very young and trendy staff need some more training but no big issue. Very fast check-in/out. Confy bed, Little but well organized bathroom with large shower Missing (and necessary in winter) an additional duvet. Will go back!

Great location (just a block away from wall street)... Great bar! Cool decoration! Rooms are small, but with great view.
