This was the perfect location for our trip to New York City. We found that the staff was friendly, polite, and professional. Just off Central Park, you can see Time Square down the street from the front door of the hotel. We love the location, room size and the condition of the hotel, not to mention how safe it was to get around to Madison Avenue, fifth Avenue and all the fantastic sites we wanted to see. I would highly recommend staying here or their sister hotel next-door WestHouse Hotel. We had the greatest trip to NYC and the perfect stay. Thanks for everything, we will be back.

The check in was quick and seamless. The premium room was clean and super comfortable king size bed, good pillows. Fridge in room a plus. The hotel lobby at times was packed with people trying to check or retrieve their bags. It’s great that the hotel offers this service. They people manning the bags were very efficient and professional. The lighting seemed dim throughout the day in the lobby. It’s decorated for Christmas and looks nice. The elevators can take a little while there are 2 and we had a line at check in but it was fine, I imagine certain times of year require more patience, more cheer. We would stay again. Great location for walking to popular places in the city.

My stay did not exist because I took the hotel insurance out and they would not honor it after a concert was canceled in New York City. I was not able to come in, but they would not honor any type of reimbursement or trade neither Orbitz or Park Central hotel would honor the insurance terrible terrible business.

The hotel is located in an optimal part of the city. Easy access to shopping and restaurants and Central Park. It has tremendous value for its location. Easy access to east and west side. Mass transportation available in all directions. In a city where the expenses Are high .Park Central offers such value … it should not be missed!

Took forever to get checked in, and my room wasn’t available for an extra hour. Asked for extra pillows 3 days in a row - never received them. The shower didn’t work properly, when addressed they said they’d look at getting me in a different room and they never followed up. Asked for a fan, never received it. These are little things…but they added up.

The location is great for walking to Central Park, Broadway and Times Square. The subway is right next to the hotel, which makes everything easy. The staff were all fantastic, but the hotel is in need of updates. The door to my room (453) had gouges in it like someone took a hammer to it, and a strip of carpet was torn up just inside the door. All things being considered, I would stay here again.

The shower drain clogged, I had to shower standing in the water. The washroom had a very very strong mildew smell, someone used not properly dried mop or something to clean it. And I had to walk between the hotel and their recommended garage 3 times because their computer system had an issue that couldn’t validate my parking ticket

Good customer service, but hotel lacks amenities as hotels of best western. It has a convenient location and convenient service like storing luggage before our check in time, but no trash bags in cans in rooms, no tooth paste in restrooms, no complimentary TV service, no free breakfast… It’s might be bad to compare to other competitors, but I expected more amenities. But customer service was top notch, that’s is their strength.
