Park Central Hotel New York

such a large, attractive area behind check in desk to be used for travelers with business needs, to chat with friends, or have snacks - this was a plus in the middle of manhattan.

Great location. Front Desk staff was rude and arrogant on two separate interactions in person. ..left message to Manager but no response. Elevator was very slow waited 15 minutes to get down one morning.

The hotel's location is great, but my room was a huge disappointment. Paper-thin walls at this hotel make it a noisy environment. Room cleanliness was definitely an issue. Also, the room offered none of the in-room amenities you'd expect -- no coffee, no fridge. Guests are charged a pretty significant "facilities fee" that isn't reflected in the room rate.

Clearly an older hotel, but nice. Rooms are small, but beds are comfy. Maid staff so kind. A coffee maker isn't in each room, and no one told me you had to request it so after a couple of days I complained and they brought one up. Also, some things need maintenance. My friend's room's hot water didn't work, and both of our rooms had loose bathroom door handles. So just small items. Location was superb for the polar vortex weather so we really appreciated it.

My husband and I went to New York to celebrate my birthday. We decided to stay at Park Central because it was very close to Central Park. Elizabeth checked us in when we arrived at the hotel and she was amazing. She checked up on us when we settled in our hotel room to ask if we needed anything else. She made our stay an incredible experience with everything else she did for us. I would definitely stay at Park Central again.

My second time there. All was great except the last morning, work an across the hall started at about 6am. Not cool!

Best hotel in nyc due to the amazing staff! We stayed 3 weeks & felt like home! Love my housekeeping staff! 6fl ROCKS!

Great hotel however there was a 35 usd per night surcharge that i was not aware of while booking.

Great central midtown location, easy to get to. lovely, comfortable rooms. I always stay here in NYC

Very nice hotel. Centrally located. Very close to Central Park and Times Square. Only thing is that the bathroom's wallpaper was starting to show signs of peeling. Otherwise, we loved our stay!!!

Perfectly located within walking distance to everything!

Front desk lady had no pleasantries about her. The Valet gentleman were rude and inefficient. The room was clean. I was disappointed there was no coffee in the room and unaware there was no room service until I arrived.

Nice hotel. Central location. Wouldn’t advise upgrading room. Really not worth the extra expense.

Hotel was perfect, great location and friendly staff! No coffee maker in the room was a little annoying and the bed was super soft.... other than that, great!

Room was somewhat small but it worked fine as we were not in our room much. Very clean

Good location, and room is big for New York. Room was modernized, but no coffee machine in room

Nice hotel, the bed was in bad shape, so they had to move us to another rooom. Which was a smaller room, but they removed the hotel fees to make up for it. All in all it was a good stay.

We have stayed here multiple times. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Definitely going back.
