We booked 2-Rooms with king beds and got 2 Rooms with Queens. One of the rooms had mold all over the bathroom and a small stall shower that mold came out of all the cracks when we took a shower. Mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The Costner desk assistant said they never book that room because it’s disgusting and needs to much work, which we could te. We requested a different room and a king bed (since that is what we booked), after the first night. We did get to move one room to a king bed room with a full shower, which is what we booked originally. The room was nice, however no bathroom counter space. The A/C does not work on November, it’s turned off, so we were really hot and did not sleep well. We requested the A/C be turned on in our room and we were told No, and were brought a floor fan. With no AC and warmer than typical week in November, the rooms were muggy and hot. We have stayed at this hotel at least 4 other times and have not had these issues. Unfortunately, this ruined out stay and would like to request a partial refund since we did not get the rooms and bed sizes that we booked. Our hotel experience was not great and we will not be staying there again.
