Cuando llegue me dijeron que no se podia hacer una entrada temprano que la persona que me dijo que si no sabia nada.el manager me trato muy mal. Best part of this place is the location. Room was okay. Little dirty in the corners. But bedding was crisp and clean. Staff made our beds daily and was friendly. Descent value for the hustle and bustle of NYC.

Booked two rooms. One room had no issues, and the kids were happy with their space. Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F. During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.
