Location is perfect! Cleanliness and housekeeping…need to improve. Very disappointed with this. For several days there was no wash rags! Had to change room initially because the first room was very dusty, lights didn’t work among other things. The staff wasn’t bad, it’s just the service needs to improve!!
The facilities were dirty and 3 of 4 elevators were broken on the bank if elevatrors so we had to wait 20 minutes to gwt an elevator and they atopped at every floor. I went out to breakfast and had to go back for my jacket - those 3 elevator rides took about 1.5 hours.

Not too happy 🙁 for the price I was expecting something better also when people smoke from other rooms the smell comes through the AC area they have to move us from our room because we couldn’t sleep with that horrible smell.
Everything was perfect. Great location! Close to everything. Restaurants everywhere. Would stay here again! My room was looking right at the Freedom Tower.
The hotel is in a great location. Right across the street from the WTC, the mall, and coffee shops. The interior property is a bit old, the rooms could use a refresh. Nice views from room.
Good size rooms at a fair price. Gym was solid. The staff was less friends than most hotel experiences I've had. They didn't care.
Bathrooms off lobby were in rough shape. Rooms was clean, great view but carpet was stained. Staff were helpful and maid service attentive. Location was perfect for sight seeing.
