Fabulous view of the city! Customer experience was excellent. Took advantage of bike offer to ride along the Hudson and tour the West Side and Chelsea. Only downside was that they have no on-site restaurant.

Great location. Staff was on top of everything and super nice. Room was nice and great view of WTC. My only disappointment was the bathroom smelled of urine really bad. Thinking perhaps the toilet was missed when the cleaning was being done. I used Clorox wipes that i had with me to clean it as much as possible. But the smell was still there. Again everything else was great. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
Very outdated! Beds are old and you can feel the springs. Dirty room rug it was obvious they hadnt been cleaned in years. Phone in room didnt work, bedside lamps didnt work, tv had no cable. You are pretty much just paying location.
I thank you all the staff especially the housekeeping,concierge, doorman for helping us for calling a cab when we needed and also the friendliness, I thank you so much and we enjoyed staying In Hilton hotel 👍😄
The hotel lobby smells nice. Front desk staff are not friendly at all. House keeping and concierge were very friendly. Room was gross there are stains on the chairs, carpet and window treatments. It was expensive for the quality but the location is great.

Know that their parking garage is shut down. Wish I knew that before booking. Ended up having to park across the street in the parking garage next to a Deli that was $80 per 24hrs with NO IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES. Luckily, we were only staying 1 night. Imagine staying in NY for a week and having to pay for that! The staff is very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated. The TV was quite staticky with the exception of 1 channel. The headboard had a spot of some white substance there. My mind let it’s imagination do it’s thing and it wasn’t looking too good. The view was EXCEPTIONAL! we were on the 27th floor facing the World Trade Center & 9/11 memorial which was gorgeous especially at sunset with the harbor view. I’m a sucker for a good view and if you are the same ask for a room high up. You won’t regret it!
We called to let them know we would have a late check in. Only had one person at the front desk and a long line after midnight for check in. They did not explain the check in process well and how it would show up in billing. Room was not clean. Refrigerator not working, missing cabin handles, bathroom floor dirty, room full of dust. I was disappointed because location is great, but room was dirty.
Tall building, beautiful views. Property is run down and over-priced. Room keys did not work during my stay and the hotel made no attempt to correct the problem.
Very happy with stay, staff and location. Property and furniture is a little dated but would be happy to return. Staff was awesome. I would recommend.

There was no microwave or a mini fridge like they put in the advertisement because of Covid 19 they say.. other than that it was really nice and the food package is a lil confusing

Travelling family and a toddler. we liked early check-in, convenient and walkable location, several parks and shopping areas nearby. What we wish was better - temporary parking was 2 blocks away, and after check-out we could not use restrooms before long drive back - we were told the floors with public restrooms are closed

The garage at the hotel is currently closed for renovations, however it is not owned by the hotel therefore a similar nightly charge would still apply. Regrettably Parking in NYC can get quite expensive due to limited space and majority of the time in and out is not possible.
