I'll be back!

Stayed in a room with two other adults. Kitchenette and pull-out sleeper sofa offered all the conveniences we could have asked for. Nice shower with good water pressure on the 6th floor. Great breakfast with plenty of options for a variety of dietary restrictions. 24-hour complimentary coffee station and snacks for purchase. Wonderful staff. Loved it!

I mentioned the leak in the entrance of our room to the reception! She said she would send someone to take a look! When we returned to the room the water was still there! Next morning when we woke up the whole room was soaked in water! Management did nothing about it! Worst hotel ever!

My stay was a mix of excellent and things to be mindful of. My room was newly renovated, spacious, with cooking facilities and an awesome shower-overall the room was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but hectic. Take the food to your room. The location of the hotel, was quite isolated and be cautious if out at night. The subway ride into Manhattan was between 35-45 mins, easy to use and cheap.

Heat didn’t work. There was also no instructions on how to work it. It was cold/drafty and so barely slept. Also booked a city view room. It was half a city view on 15th floor AND it was and ADA room. Didn’t book that either. Very disappointed in Marriott

Desk clerk kept Expedia customer service supervisor on hold for 20 minutes before i had to step in and insist that he help me and take the phone call. Had i not insisted for him to open the call he would have had me wait an additional 10 minutes which would have made me wait 30 minutes and probably forced the Expedia supervisor to drop the call.
