Only had hot water the first night, and after that, only cold water. They don't really offer breakfast, don't go based on that. If you are new in New York, don't expect the staff to guide you or help you, they are simply rude. Also, no REFRIGERATOR. If you hope to bring some water and keep it cold, you'll be out of luck.
Property is not in good condition. Beds, towels, jammed doors, etc. this has been our worst experience ever at a Wyndham property.
Excellent air conditioning on floor 3. Really clean and updated room. Not too noisy despite the fact that this city is generally kinda noisy. My new go-to in LIC.
Location is a huge plus. Very close two different main subway lines that take you to Manhattan in 20 mins. The rooms were compact and good enough for tourists. The only downside for us was not having a small fridge in the rooms.
Close to the subway stations; nice neighborhood; easy to get to stores or restaurants in Queens. If you like to walk, easy to wat to Manhattan over bridges.

AC and heat wasn’t working, it’s the time of year where you often need both depending on the time of day. The windows don’t open so it’s hard to regulate between burning and freezing.

HORRIBLE place to stay! The environment alone has a bunch of crackhead, which is scary. The Hotel used Covid-19 as an excuse to provide poor service. I stayed there for two day and it was a nightmare. First of all, construction work behind the building would make it impossible to get some sleep. Second, they did not clean the room on my first day when I left it even when I asked them to change the sheets that I dropped food on. They didn't provide new soaps, coffee, not even new towels the next day. There was no refrigerator, no chair and table to seat in your room in case you want to eat something, no microwave, and the breakfast that they provided for to go was a joke. People smoked weed in the hallway, YIKE. Stink!!! Hotel used every excuse in the book not to provide quality service. Again, HORRIBLE place to stay. The worst part was that when I parked my car outside in front of the building because you can't get a place to park, and I received a ticket the next day. The females front desk know people can get a ticket if they don't move their car at a certain time in the morning, hence not even a courtesy reminder to let you know to remove your car before 9:30 in case you didn't see the multiple different violation signs that they enforce there. They showed no interest in caring for customers. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO DO SO. Worse Hotel, worse service, and worse place I have ever stayed. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.
The rooms were nice and clean. The customer service was nice.
The property was in a very quiet area. As I was waiting for my morning flight I got a good nights rest
