The experience was very, very good. Excellent! The room, location, and service were what I expect from a Hilton property and more....

My husband and I stayed three nights here. We had a perfect view of Times Square. The only thing I had an issue with is we got a bill on our last day for a drink that was purchased in the shop, when we never purchased a drink. I'm not sure if someone used our room number or what but the lady at the front desk was not nice about it when I told her we didn't purchase it.

Close to Time Square. I felt secured with the entry of the building. Room is great if your there to just sleep. Very clean. Great Restaurant. Would say again.

I just returned from Hilton Garden. This hotel was less than welcoming to us. Staff was unfriendly, non informative, room was super small, although bathroom was clean; it smelled moldy and the sheets were too small for our king sized bed. The sheets would not stay on the mattress, I'm a germ freak and this bothered me more than anything! Also carpet was old and dingy. My first trip to NYC, so perhaps this is the norm. Filthy city and rude people. I will not return, not what I am used to at all!!!

I am a HGVC owner so I expect & get EXCELLENT accommodations BUT maybe NY is just different because it is soooo crowded?? The staff was excellent but the room had torn carpet, grout coming out of the floor tiles, no glasses to drink from, the ice machine didn't work. We only needed 1 night so it was ok. I also thought Times Square area would be good since we were touring on our way to Boston-NOT!! Too crowded. Not my kind of place. ☹️ Took the tour bus tho.

Perfect for a quick taste of Times Square. Small rooms but it is the heart of Manhattan! I had 2 kids and it was perfect spot.

The staff was kind, courteous and informative from our arrival to departure. The room was a little small but clean and suited our needs. We felt safe and secure staying here with Times Square as our front yard!

Loved the room, the staff, the location, everything. So comfortable I stayed an extra night. Can't wait to come back to town and visit again.

Centrally located for Broadway show. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely try again.

The hotel stay at the Hilton was the most fantastic hotel stay I have ever had!!!! The staff was excellent ,the room was excellent , the service was excellent ,everyone was very friendly and it was located close to the train station and we got to see the sights and sounds of Times Square and had a fantastic time! !!!!!!!! I would go again in a heartbeat and I will be going again either alone or with my wife again on our next vacation !!!!!! Thank you very much for the service!!!!!!

This hotel has the best location ever!! Rooms are modern and super clean !! I love it.... I will definitely recommend it.

Although the hotel room was considerably smaller than other NYC hotel rooms we've stayed in, we couldn't have asked for a better room! Most people would be upset by this, but as frequent NYC travelers, my husband and I loved that our room looked out onto an alley... It was guaranteed to be quiet! The staff was wonderful and the hotel has a restaurant on site, which was a big plus.

the room is clean and small. transportation is very convenient. close to the times square

Nice location, clean The staff was ok Wifi always worked good to explore NYC with your family

The hotel is very good located in the center of everything, the área is nice the hotel is accesible (you have to look for it the entrance in the Street is small) the service is not so good people attending are not kind they treat you well, but no friendly at all. They make you feel is all business.

Although a simple hotel...was fine for a night in the city and a great location to see a Broadway show. Many nice pubs in the vicinity and access to Times Square if that is your thing!

Hotel is VERY close to Time Square and the Port Authority if you are coming in by bus. Perfect location!

Great location, very clean and new, small rooms but well planned.

A few steps to Time Square, also walking distance to 5th Ave, center park. Few steps to subway. The hotel is very new and clean, staff very nice. I stayed in 33rd floor and it is very quite.

convenient location rooms on the smaller side but nice and clean
