Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good check in and check out experience.
Great location, friendly staff, and spacious room.
It was super quick and easy checkin, thenroom was comfy, great location, thenstaff wad very friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect. Definitely will come back!
Overall great stay other than no wifi which is hard to understand considering price I paid for 3 night stay.
Quick check in and check out. Did not like that I was told there were no king rooms available which is what I had reserved and paid for and then magically one was available. Rooms are simple and clean. Nothing crazy. But for the great deal you cannot expect much more. Who comes to NY to stay in their room anyway? lol
Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was very spacious for New York. It was clean and the city view was great. It's in excellent walking distance to Times Square and Broadway theaters. And I loved the holiday decorations.
Very nice, clean hotel, Close to everything you would want to do in New York City.
Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. It's in a great location near attractions in the heart of Times Square
Pretty much perfect. Friendly staff. Wonderful, comfy room. Great location. We loved everything about it!
Its in the center of Times Square. Perfect place to go anywhere. Subway station is nearby.
We have enjoyed. I don't like it when u hAve to ask for the water...I think that should always be included..but overall it was good.
Over all great experience. They even provided an extra refrigerator to put my meds on.
Pardon the alliteration, but some of the other hotels I've stayed in at Times Square - let alone in the middle of it - held none of these qualities, qualities which I find tend to make or break a place. The NYC Subway is steps away. The staff were all warm, professional and attentive. The room was pleasantly large, with a really comfortable bed (ours looked southwest, which might contribute to the quiet), and even though the place was packed we never heard a peep from the rooms around us. The one and only thing about the hotel that some might find off-putting is that it's main entrance drops you right onto 42nd Street, next to the Madame Tussauds wax museum, so you walk from the serenity of your hotel into the madness that is Times Square. TIP - go out the back entrance onto 41st Street and you can avoid the instant insanity. Would recommend this place to family or friends.
Great location and value in NYC.good location near landmarks, close to subway
We had a great stay at this Hilton hotel. The only negative would be the concierge service. Our perception was once we declined buying a bus package the concierge helped us only as much as required, even took a phone call while we were asking questions, then walked away. We did our best with the subway system, but spent way more time planning our trip and finding trains than we would have with concierge help. This experience would not keep us from staying again, we love this hotel. We'd just plan our trip more before coming to the city.
The service provided by the hotel is great. The room is very nice and comfortable. Very happy.
After a 2 hour flight delay, a long traffic-filled ride from LaGuardia, and pouring rain, our arrival at the hotel was made even better when the desk clerk waived the early check-in fee so we could get into a room to get warm and to clean up. The room was spacious (especially for NY), clean, and completely up-to-date. You couldn't ask for a better location: steps away from Times Square and all the Broadway theaters, walking distance from Rockerfeller Plaza, Radio City Music Hall, Empire State Building, St. Patricks, the Intrepid Museum, Central Park, and multiple subway stations to take you to the rest of the city.
