The staff were pretty nice the hotel was nice and the location was great! The elevator to the lobby was slow because the other one was broken but other than that I had a great time and I will be back soon!

This Hotel may be in a Great Touristy location, but it is not worth staying here. We get to the hotel and have to wait 20 minutes in line to check in. They then tell us our room is not ready, when its already 3pm. The Rooms are simply terrible; they look and feel like Motel rooms instead Hotel rooms. The towels were hard as a rock and the room did not have a clean feel. The bathroom door is the worst design I’ve ever seen; No lock on the door, its super heavy and inconvenient to slide and you can hear everything from the room if you’re in the bathroom. Do not stay here! Find a better option.

I am sure the hotel would point to the fine print but the fact is they blind sided us with a ‘urban location fee’ of $ 30 which is mandatory- during check in. Why not include in the room fee or state it plainly so folks could make an informed decision?

Amazing Property. Just did not believe in the mandatory fee of $30 for drinks, internet, food.

Great location, very clean. Only downside is they need more front desk help. There was always a line!

Guest services never brought what we requested. We ended up having to ask the housekeeping staff to help us.
