One of the best city views in NY. Very clean I recommend it.

I booked a two day stay and have nothing but good things to say. Staff was welcoming. You can enter the hotel either on 42nd street or the other side. The room was bigger than I anticipated and had decent views (no other building blocking the view) of the area. Elevators were a little on the slow side and can be be jammed pack depending on time of day. Definitely get a drink or get something to eat at the bar/ restaurant if you can (even if there are a million other choices around). The one weird thing I found was when first walked in my room, the window was opened. I don't know what that was about and kind of creeped me out a bit. I left in a cab around 9:30 AM on a Saturday and made it to LaGuardia before 10 AM. My flight was at 12:30. Traffic ended up being way better than I expected. I'm noting that in case you wanted to get an idea of how much time you should allow when leaving the hotel for the airport.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Access to the hotel is a bit complicated, but that is to be expected in this location. Valet parking worked very well, however. View is outstanding. Room size is very adequate, but it was an upgrade.

Great hotel, new, clean and a great location to boot.

We have stayed in various hotels in and surrounding Times Square and by far this was our favorite. The atmosphere was relaxed, the location was amazing and the rooms were well kept. The staff was very helpful - especially the valet! This is the only hotel that we would book again in Times Square!

Was a great location, very good acces to many places in New York , Amazing views, Broadway st , Right in the Heart of Time square, near train station, restaurants and shows. ..

The hotel staff was amazing fast friendly and knowledgeable about the city

Hotel location was great. Only complaint was the room smelled badly. Not sure if it was the sewage or water .. but it was definitely coming from the bathroom

Great hotel, great staff, great place for drinks and catching up, as well as near everything. The only issue I would mention was that it took some time to check in with the hotel. Only 3 people at the desk and a long line of waiting guests. But, again, it's New York and in the middle of Time Square...waiting happens.

Nice place. The higher price for the slightly larger room with a view was well worth it!

Good location, close to many restraunts, shops, and the subway. Frequented Carlos bakery too many times (corner 42nd and 8th). BB Kings was Great. Easy access to Times Square central.

A great location in midtown. Easy access to public transportation. Theatre and restaurants in walking distance.

Had the opportunity to go to NYC for a quick weekend, and chose to stay at the Hilton Times Square because of the location. We wanted to be as close as possible to the fun of the city, subway access and sightseeing. We packed a lot into a 2 day stay, and this hotel was perfect for us, for those reasons. Additionally, the bed was VERY comfortable, the room was clean, not cramped, updated. More than enough towels in the room for us. Considering it's in Times Square, it was relatively quiet. Our room was on the 30th floor, and aside from the sirens down below, we didn't hear anyone or anything else. The city view was amazing from the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again at all.

Great location and view. It was super high up which was great because we were able to get away from the noise.

My car got totaled because Hilton's window panel from 15th floor fell on my car when it was pulled up by valet. We were made to sit in the hallway for 2 hours and finally we had to rent a van to get back home. Hilton did not pay for my rental van and also after repeated phone calls and email there is no response. My car is totaled now and I'm down a car and lost money as well. Extremely unhappy with this hotel and its management.

Valet parking and check in efficient and friendly. Free upgrade to the 41th floor with an amazing view of the skyline. Rollaway bed brought up to our room within 5 min. Very friendly staff in elevators inquiring about our stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Room temp control excellent. Very clean bathroom. Excellent lighting. Big closet. Location right in Times Square, felt very safe. Next door to Madame Tussaud's, Ripley's Believe it or Not, New Amsterdam Theater (where we saw Alladin), and two cinemas. Great location for shopping and tourist activities. Highly recommend!!!

The guy at the front fest very kind , George really helpful , room smells very dirty

I would definitely stay here again the hotel is in an excellent location.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good check in and check out experience.

Great location, friendly staff, and spacious room.
