This property is old and outdated. The staff is lovely but couldn’t make up for the small, stale outdated rooms. Truly two star at best. You can tell this hotel was something special 25 years ago. But for the price point currently, there are better options.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Lotte Palace. The location was perfect, a short walking distance to most of my other destinations. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and the service was excellent. The space was tasteful and evoked old New York style and charm. In room dining prices are quite high, but there are more reasonable options a few steps away.

Hotel is showing age. Bathroom tub was leaking during whole stay. Bathroom started leaking into the room right before check out. Definitely has happened before too, the floor was uneven where the water had congregated.

Beautiful hotel, immaculate public areas. Bedroom was quite tired in parts, and the beds quite small considering they were meant for 2 people (our room was a family room to sleep 4, our children are 6 & 2) Bathroom is also quite small for a family, but overall it was peaceful, clean & very comfortable in a perfect location.
