The staff was AMAZING! We truly enjoyed the room, the gorgeous hotel and courtyard and our breathtaking view of St. Patrick’s. Bitan, at check-in, truly took care of us. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

My girls have died to stay at the Lotte palace hotel due to it being gossip girl hotel. Check in was lovely beautiful lobby how ever the room was a different story. The first 3 nights the air wasn’t working nor was several of the electrical outlets. So I called the front desk after the first night and they came said the air was blowing cold but then the 2nd night after waking up sweating they came again changed the air filters and the 3rd day same thing so I requested to move rooms. As I was gathering my things I dropped something under the desk and when I went to pick it up there were pills under the desk!! I’m assuming from a previous guest which tells me the room wasn’t properly cleaned. When I moved to the 2nd room bellman was prompt to come and get my bags and the move was easy. I turned on the air before leaving he room for the day and That evening when I got back to the room around 1am the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong my throat started to irritate me so I called the front desk, they offered to move me again how ever one of my daughters had went back to the room earlier and fell asleep so I wasn’t going to wake her to move but they told me that they would bring in ionizer the next day to ensure the smell was gone and there would be no more issues. The next morning when I woke up my youngest daughter who has allergies eyes were completely swollen from the Smokeyness of the room and I let the front desk know the sooner the better on the ionizers.still more sadly

Beautiful palace. It’s on a perfect location. Only wish they provided complementary waters in the room. All the decor inside the hotel was stunning. Very friendly staff.

Really nice hotel in a good location. Me and my kids stayed 4 nights. Not the perfect place with kids but very nice and fancy.

The hotel is picturesque complete with a grand staircase and St. Patrick's Cathedral, located across the street, is visible from its courtyard. The hotel staff was accommodating, professional and informative and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious and we had a view of the beautiful cathedral from our window. We had two double beds which is normal for NYC hotels and the room was far more spacious than the other hotels we've stayed at in New York. A room with 2 queens would be nice but I was not able to find this at the price I was targeting. The bathroom was large, clean and updated and the room had a large closet with plenty of hangers, extra pillows and blankets. The hotel was our home base for our quick New York City adventure and is one block from Rockefeller Center, a 15 minute walk to Times Square (big city blocks) and the subway.

We were greeted with smiles. They gave my daughter a tiara and a stuffed bear. The room was lovely with a great view. Bed so comfy. Great time all around

This is absolutely my favorite place to stay in the city! The rooms are so spacious & well-appointed, & the location is extremely convenient, whether you are shopping, going to the theater, or wanting to eat at fabulous restaurants!

This luxury hotel is a lovely property. On the 37th floor, we had a beautiful view of both St. Paul's Cathedral and the Rockefeller Building. The staff's attentiveness to guests was exceptional. We walked from the hotel to Times Square, Radio City Music Hall, and Broadway. Highly recommended !

We had a very large room by NYC standards. It's rather plain with no free wifi or coffee bar in room, but Starbucks is across the street. Dining in the historic mansion part of the hotel is a must -- but be prepared to laugh at the prices. We had a slight issue at breakfast but many thanks to dining manager "Eddie" whom went above & beyond in correcting it.

In for VD weekend which was what we were looking for

Got an amazing rate through Orbitz. I had a corner room on the 37th floor with spectacular cityscape views from a gorgeous, immaculate, spacious, opulent room. All staff was efficient, helpful and cheerful.

This was a quick site-seeing to celebrate our daughters 10th Birthday. Also, during the coldest weeks of the year. Lotte Palace was extremely accommodating and warm throughout our two night trip.

Elegant spacious room with great views but surprising gaps in amenities such as coffee maker. Biggest problem was no grab bars in bathroom, making it very difficult for aging knees to get in and out of otherwise excellent tub. Also very limited food service.

Gorgeous hotel. Convenient to eveeeyrhinf and beautiful view of St. Patrick’s.

Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience NY

The location and the views from this hotel are outstanding. Our room was clean and comfortable and much needed after walking all day! We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings to relax. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. I have found my home away from home.

I left my credit card in the hotel at a table. They found me within hours and brought it back to me.

Checked in and was given a key that did not work, I had to come back down to get the key activated. I give them a two because at 10:30 am the water shut off in the bathroom, earlier at 8.30 I could hear the maid service thud and bump their carts down the hallway. I wanted to order breakfast but decided against it after the entire experience and felt it wouldn't have been good.

Spent a weekend getaway here with family. It was very family friendly, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very close to Radio City Music Hall where we attended an event. It was also and easy walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. We walked everywhere.

This is the BEST hotel in nyc...it is in a great location and so BEAUTIFUL..
