Beautiful stay, excellent housekeeping service and concierge. Hotel dining pricey, even for NYC. Check-in process somewhat slow and crowded, may have been seasonally related. Overall, an amazing experience.

Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!

I was told at check-in that breakfast was not included with my stay. I searched hotels that included breakfast as part of the package. I paid over $2800 for airfare and a three night stay at this hotel. The round trip flight from Dallas to NYC cost less than $300, so the hotel stay cost $2500 and they tell me that breakfast is not included! The concierge told me to complain to Expedia.
