The price and the room were well matched. We will definitely return and have no complaints.

We stayed one night and the staff was accommodating and quick at responding to our requests. The suite wasn’t fancy but had everything we need for a family of four. Would stay again!

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the location is very close to a few subway lines.

As always Gabe is a doll. He remembers me and greets me in such a great way every time. If I can afford it, I'll always pick Off Soho Suites. The apartment feel of the room is great. The area is never noisy.

I always enjoy Off Soho Suites because it gives me the feel of a home away from home. The front desk staff(older gentleman) is always kind to me and remembers me and my bf every time we come. The price of the hotel is just so expensive. Id love to stay here every time I come to Manhattan but it costs ALOT. Last trip we had no plates but eventually we were able to get 2 after we called downstairs and went to go collect them. The front AC was pretty weak as well but the bedroom AC was excellent.

I love this place. With the amenities of home like the full kitchen and a living room separate from the bedroom how can you go wrong. The guy at the front desk is soooo nice and sociable. This place is conveniently located to a lounge my hunny and I love to frequent on Fridays so thats a plus. There was a slimey bug crawling around in the bathroom the day I checked out so be in the lookout for that bc it blended in pretty well with the floor and wall. Its clearly and old building so I assume that is to be expected.

Great stay while we were in between moving apartments. The entire staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help and always made me smile even when I was having a stressful day. It’s the perfect boutique hotel if you’re looking for something in one of the best and most lively areas of the city. You can walk to the village, soho and Chinatown from here. I can’t recommend it enough.

I’m trying very hard to find one thing about the hotel that I liked. I come up completely empty. I strongly would discourage anyone from staying here.

Our favorite place to stay in NY everytime we come to NY!

We have stayed at this property 4 times now, and have always been happy with the choice.

hotel room was excellent .. very spacious .. check in process was quick and easy.. hotel was reasonably priced.. highly recommended

The room was hot over 80. I open the window to get fresh air in. I heard all the typical New York noise, breaking glass, people yelling and screaming and traffic. I am 6 4, the bed was short unless than my height and very hard. We were only given one towel in the bath. Tv only had half working channels. Normally, would NEVER stay here. Better hotels, however given the snow emergency in NY, I had no choice. Its 2 star hotel at best, no one should ever pay more than 100 dollars to stay here. You should look elsewhere, as location is poor as well. It may be the reason, that this was one of the few places open in NYC.

Nice cozy Hotel, clean and comfortable, had a home like feel to the room, there is a bar next door, and blue ribbon chicken close by.

Hotel Staff: Didn't really speak much to the hotel staff but they let us check in a few hours early for free so that was awesome of them. Otherwise, we rarely talk to the staff but we would run in to one of them when we were walking in and out. Hotel Facilities and Condition: The rooms or suites were more like apartments and was pretty clean. The TV were tiny and the remote didn't work but we were in NY so it wasn't a big deal. There were 3 of us so I got the 2 twin beds and to my surprise, the couch folds out to make a 3rd bed. Wifi was slow but they had a AC unit which was pretty cool because the room gets warm even when it was 40 degrees outside. The suite also had a kitchen but we didn't use it besides putting food and drinks in the fridge. Room Cleanliness: Rooms were fairly clean so no complaints there. Room Comfort: It was pretty comfortable for the 3 of us as we all got our own beds. It did get pretty warm and stuffy in there even in 40 degree weather so we had the AC blasting all the time which helped a little. It also smells like a retirement home but wasn't bother by it as we got use to the smell. Beds were comfy and you still get to hear Manhattan from the window which I loved. Overall Review: It was a great place to stay at with lots of room for 3 or more people. There are a few minor things here and there that I didn't like but it wasn't really a big deal. Would definitely book a suite at this place again over a hotel next time when I visit NY.

I traveled with my wife and brother and needed a suite. This was so very much that came even close to the budget. Learnt about a hole in the wall place called Freemans alley. It can be noisy at night - close to party places

Needed a hotel in this area, saw the price and figured it would be a small run down room. I was amazed when I arrived the room was fantastic. Very good especially for the price. I will return if I'm staying in the same area.
