The staff service was very poor. It takes 30 minutes of dialing the front desk/housekeeping for someone to finally answer the phone. They didnt clean our room one day either. They also left us with a stained and dirty towel. Very insufficient in their customer service.

Be ready to wait an hour or so to check-in. Although there were six areas to check-in. Only two staff were assisting and one of them left. I found this to be the case each afternoon I came to the lobby. The room was clean and awesome but stay away from the lobby anytime after 1pm all the way through to the evening. All their linens are hanging out outside in the evening right next to the folks outside smoking weed.

Staff was very pleasant but hotel was located in a terrible area with lots of homelessness nearby. There was a flood in the hallway of our floor where our room was located and we had to walk through a puddle of water each time we came and went. There was a noisy industrial fan being used to dry the wet carpet that was on for the entirety of our stay. The elevator wait times are 10-15 min. Staff was very friendly but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Amazing experience!!! Thank you so much!!!

It was around everything a plus - but it had only 2 elevators working didn’t give parking passes for discounts

This hotel advertised itself to be a non smoking room, but the smell of weed at this hotel will come through the vents from the other rooms. There was also an unfixed leak right outside of my room as well, and every time I left the room there was a giant puddle of water that I would accidentally step in because I would forget that it was there. The smell of the leak was absorbed by the carpet in the hallway caused the entire floor smelled awful. The hotel itself is pretty disgusting with the leaks and smell of weed everywhere. I really would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are debating on staying here or not, it's worth spending your money elsewhere.

Location was very good.

Loud!!! Loud!!! Service is slow . The elevator is slow slow. People were smoking the other stuff . Not amused!!

Stayed 2 nights on a weekend, they were busy but still efficient. Got a free upgrade to a room on my second night on a higher level for a nice view of downtown 9th ave. Thanks Marie!

Pretty ghetto hotel. They did not have toilet paper or body wash in the room. The crowd was very rough and the area was really bad too. Worst Hilton property I've stayed at

No problems with the room, I stayed for 2 different days in 2 different rooms. Both were very nice front desk very helpful

I didn't have a fridge in my room other than that everything was fine.

Only positive thing about this hotel is the location in Time Square. No on-site parking and available parking several blocks away. No where to park for check-in. Check in line way too long for only 2 front desk staff. Always long waits for elevators up and down. No towels in bathroom. No condiments or cups for coffee. No one ever answers phone when calling from room to front desk. Will not stay there again.

The amazing room view and attentive staff ..the security and front desk was excellent

Just the location that it was close to times Square.

The place was filthy! The stairs had used condoms, drug paraphernalia, food, and urine everywhere. It was the most disgusting id ever seen. I doubt the stairs were ever cleaned regularly. We traveled with our 2 younger children and at 10pm we had to change rooms. At 8pm my husband reported our tv did not work. The first lady said it was a problem with cable service. But our other guests traveling with us had no issues. When my husband went down a second time a man said that we would have to change rooms. So we packed up and moved. The rooms are extremely tight! Not much room to move. Our first room was also not restocked. No wash cloths or hand towels, the safe wasn't reset for us to use, no shampoo or conditioner, and no hand soap. Our second room was restocked but on either side of the safe was left over cheese puffs and candy from the previous guests so it obviously wasn't cleaned well.

Stayed at hotel April 9-11 stair way was dirty ( drug paraphernalia, cigarette butts, used condoms...etc) . Had to move rooms in middle of night because our tv didn’t work, no mini fridge, super small rooms, my room didn’t have any soaps. Rooms are not sound proof like it says in description

It was freezing we were told because it’s technically spring there’s no heat , but we can get blankets. No rags no heat no garbage bags no communication when your calling over and over to get help to your room.
