Rooms are very old and needs to be remodeled. Took for ever to get an elevator. Anytime you took a shower or any other rooms took a shower the pipes in our room would make a loud vibrating noise that would go on for 1520 minutes at a time

Staff were nice, rooms were clean. I had booked a King Room, I was late to check in however had called in to let them know I was still coming and they confirmed my booked room. however when I arrived my King Room had been given away and I had a double. The beds were small so not satisfactory. It was sorted next day, but if I call and get confirmation that I have the room I booked yet its given away thats not good.
