Amazing staff everyone was so accommodating loved the front desk associates and also the front desk manager the only problem was I didn’t have heat until the last night of my stay and it was a snow storm so it was extremely cold
The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was mostly clean with a few things that weren't but wasn't a big deal to us.
Convenient location, room was worn, broken toilet paper holder and towel holder meant that those items kept falling to the ground. Shower door was difficult to close, door had to be lifted to close so that water would not flood the bathroom floor.
Great location, quiet and clean room. However, not fun being woken up at 10am both mornings I was there by housekeeping! Check out is 12pm, and there wasn't a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door.
Unique location and newer rooms. Hotel was very busy and long waits for elevators sometimes. Housekeeping does OK job, but is only on request.
Front desk was rude, young male with long hair. Room not ready til 8PM because “housekeeping didn’t inform him” and it wasn’t his fault. Room smells weeds once we checked in. Big pile of trash bags right outside the hotel.
The rooms were very small.
Centrally located
My stay was wonderful, staff was friendly and hotel was clean. My only thing is housekeeping doesn’t clean unless requested.
It was in a good zone, subway stations near by, easy access. Rooms n beds horrible
We stayed there 3 nights with two kids. The location doesn’t seem to be very friendly area. Especially unsafe for kids. People were smoking cigarettes and weed right in front of the entrance. We were offered to purchase weeds and drugs very close to the hotel openly two nights. The room was dusty, the night table’s door was broken and hanging which you could bump your knee, the coffee machine was super dirty and full of mold. they don’t offer room service, really? Yes. You have to request it and it must be the day before. Horrible experience. I will never stay there again.
The only person that treated us super bad I think was the manager when I ask him about the balet Parking a really bad person. The rest of the staff super nice.
The staff service was very poor. It takes 30 minutes of dialing the front desk/housekeeping for someone to finally answer the phone. They didnt clean our room one day either. They also left us with a stained and dirty towel. Very insufficient in their customer service.
Be ready to wait an hour or so to check-in. Although there were six areas to check-in. Only two staff were assisting and one of them left. I found this to be the case each afternoon I came to the lobby. The room was clean and awesome but stay away from the lobby anytime after 1pm all the way through to the evening. All their linens are hanging out outside in the evening right next to the folks outside smoking weed.
Staff was very pleasant but hotel was located in a terrible area with lots of homelessness nearby. There was a flood in the hallway of our floor where our room was located and we had to walk through a puddle of water each time we came and went. There was a noisy industrial fan being used to dry the wet carpet that was on for the entirety of our stay. The elevator wait times are 10-15 min. Staff was very friendly but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
