Had another wonderful stay at the Moxy! Great location, friendly staff, and fun restaurants/bars on property. Had an issue with room cleanliness during my stay and the front desk staff swiftly corrected the issue and was professional and courteous.

Stains on the sheets and blankets, writing on the headboards, cracks in the tv. The bunk bed wasn’t properly bolted into the wall, when I called they said engineering would come, but they never did. I reminded them again the next day and they moved us to another room, but that almost made us late to our broadway show.

Amazing stay, everyone that works there is very kind and helpful. The property is in great condition and super cozy. Our room was actually bigger than I thought it would be for NY standards. Will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed the hip hotel! It smells good! The room was clean. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We were able to store our luggage when we arrivd hours before check-in. Cool place, minutes away from Madison Square Garden and many other Times Square attractions.

The pros: great location, comfortable bed, occasional snacks/beverages at entrance (wasn't consistent) The cons: very expensive for the experience you get. Over 2K for 4 nights. Biggest negative: people can see you in the bathroom if you have the light on. Other negatives: Weird thermostat kept switching to cool, after we had it on heat. VERY poor lighting throughout hotel. Room had one recessed light and three "spot lights" in room but one would not work - we reported it, came back to room and it worked, but next day it didn't. Lighting in bathroom was poor, too. No shelves under the bathroom sink. There was one full-width tray, and one half tray under the sink and the window ledge to put stuff. Shower leaked. Were there 4 nights. On day 3, our key pass didn't work, but staff quickly reprogrammed it. Won't be back.
