My stay at the Arlo was fantastic! It was surprisingly quiet, the service top notch, room was clean and comfortable and location was super central and convenient. It was a little close to Times Square for my liking but once I established a route that took me away from the chaos it was great. The upside was that it was very close to many subway lines, broadway shows and peloton!

The hotel is beautiful. The city view is fantastic. Rooms are small but nice, clean. The elevator system is exceptional, we never had to wait more than a few seconds. The public spaces and dining areas are so nice.

Let me start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. We had a room with a terrace, which was a lovely bonus and made our stay feel extra special. The location was pretty good, convenient enough for getting around easily. The room itself was on the smaller side, and while it was clean and functional, it could use a bit of updating. The bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped, which impacted sleep a bit. That said, the on-site restaurant was fantastic — one of the highlights of our stay. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. Overall, this is a solid choice, especially for the service and dining experience. With a few updates to the rooms, it could be truly excellent. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the rooftop bar was an added bonus.

Great place to stay in NYC. It’s modern and clean. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The most convenient thing was the complimentary luggage storage since we showed up a few hours before check in time.

This is an exceptional hotel at a budget price. I’ve stayed at the Arlo many times and it’s always consistent, clean and QUIET. Get a high floor and you won’t hear the lobby through the atrium.
