This property is outstanding! Clean, bright well maintained, it has a youthful, trendy look and decor. Walking distance to Time Square and Broadway. The staff is outstanding, well appointed and well mannered. The breakfast buffet is great, with a good variety of foods. We will book here in the future for sure. :)

This property was affordable, clean and efficient. Location is the key to this property. So many restaurants of every ethnicity, walking distance to Time Square, a little longer walk to Rockefeller Plaza but so much to see along the way. Will stay there again on our trips back to NYC.

Great hotel. Quiet, clean comfortable room and great breakfast buffet. Very convenient and within walking distance to lots of places and close to subway, as well. This will be my go to from now on.

Couldn’t be better located for theater theatre interests. Easy connections to bus or subway. Superior breakfast buffet compared to domestic chains but be prepared for a brief wait a peak hours. Heard a lot about room key issues and elevators but we had no difficulties. We would absolutely stay again.

The staff at the buffet breakfast was exceptionally excellent in all respects. The room was not to my liking. The bathroom design was horrible. Translucent walls? A barn door that doesn’t shut tight or lock. If we were a couple it would be ok. I was traveling with my 17 year old grandson. Not a good design. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

I don't understand what the resort fees went for. Long lines for breakfast. They give you two bottles of water at check-in but don't give you more if you're staying there for several days. Shouldn't the resort fee go towards that sort of thing? No ice machines or bottle refill stations.
