Limited water and the air conditioning did not work in 2918 after we paid to upgrade to that room it wasn’t fix and we asks to be moved but was told we couldn’t move till 4pm! Finally after asking nicely and pleasing with the nice guy at the desk he was able to move us by 4pm I still need a receipt for my stay

Virginia and Natalie at the front desk were exceptionally professional and courteous. The housecleaning staff did an excellent job. A couple of the ladies greeting us for breakfast answered our "how are you?" with a grim "what is your room number? My wife hurt her foot one day, and I was stopped in a very rude way when I attempted to take a bowl of fruit out of the breakfast area, to bring it up to our room, even after explaining the reason to a female manager who was called over. The breakfast itself was delicious and the area was kept very clean and inviting. And lastly I need to comment on the shower inside the rooms: there is a lack of privacy, as you can see through a big gap in the doorway when a person is using the facilities. Also, the glass of the shower, bordering the bedroom, is not clear, but you can easily see any movement behind it, which is very uncomfortable.

Nice property, good location. Staff is friendlier at a prison. Rooms need an update, dingy throw pillows and weird bed covers. You also give a pressed ham to anyone in the room whilst taking a shower, which was strange and unnecessary. Good breakfast.
