I did not like the fishy smell. The elevator was the worst. It was horrible

I have stayed in this area of the city before and this place is impressive, and a good deal at the price. Very clean and new. Room with two queens was actually normal size, not huge but not tiny and cramped like many in the city. Actual nice lobby with dining area for (free and quite good) breakfast and hanging out/working. Not like most hotels I’ve been at city that have tiny lobbies. Location is very convenient to lower Manhattan. Highly recommend.

Great breakfast, great location but hallways are smelly

Reception areas and hallways are smelly. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast was excellent. It was a full breakfast.

Very courteous staff and clean rooms. Close to Chinatown, subway system, easy walk to South Street area, Little Italy, East Village. Comedy Clubs and across the bridge into Brooklyn to name a few fun areas.

Espacious room, conformtable, great for walking Lower Manhattan, brooklyn bridge. Nice stay

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, free continental breakfast. Would stay there again.

Clean, modern and big room by New York standards. Quiet and easy to navigate.

clean Modern updates and natural light! The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

This hotel was so accommodating to myself and my five bridesmaids! We were taking longer than expected to get dressed and dolled up, but the staff was more than happy to offer a late check-out. I will absolutely stay again.

Its great Hotel with, nice Grocery store in Basement, easy to buy what we need!, good location..

Had a very pleasant stay for a good price.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and for the price, the room was very nice.

Practically new hotel so all the rooms are in good condition. Very roomy great breakfast. Staff could try to be a bit more accommodating though, very frank and businesslike.

Checking in was a pleasure. The lady working at the front desk was the best. Very helpful with everything we needed. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Again nice and friendly staff.

Hotel has only been open six months. It is a great value for New York. Near China Town and Little Italy in Manhattan. One, big draw back! The hotel sits on top of a Chinese Seafood market. The elevators act as an air pump and brings the odors up into the hotel. My room was near the elevators and stank terribly. Hotel says they are working on the problem, but who knows. Recommend if the location is convenient reserve room as far from elevators as possible. May or may not work.

My friend and I were greeted by the front desk ladies who were very helpful and friendly. Went up to our room with clean sheets, chocolates and all. Beautiful bathroom with a shower I would want for myself. The art and wallpaper were very tasteful and interesting rather than typical for a hotel. There was a fitness centre which we didn't use but thought was nice to have available. Breakfast wa continental and had a large array of foods including sausage, eggs and waffles. The hotel was only two blocks away from the subway and although the surrounding area was not very pleasant, it didn't really matter. Also thought it was very convenient that the room had a microwave and mini fridge. All in all, couldn't have stayed in a better hotel for the price we paid, absolutely worth it.

This hotel is very new and is a nice location,,,...
