Room was spacious and as advertised. Good service. Had to ask for the hotels.com gold level benefits. Elevators were a bit annoying if you wanted to go the the spa/gym since only 1 out of 3 elevators went to that only floor. Nice there was hot coffee and teas available in the mornings. Was on 4th floor so not too much of a view but the large windows were nice.

Yailyn was amazing and super helpful. She even added special touches for my fiancées birthday. The room was probably the biggest in the city that we’ve ever stayed in. Bed was sooo comfortable and the shower felt so nice after long nights. Close to so many things. Can’t wait to go back
