It was great its one of my fav hotel but this time the room we got it wasnt my fav

I really enjoyed the staff and their warm welcomes coming and going within the hotel . It’s a must stay hotel .

We had a private wrap around balcony which was very nice

Best modern hotel in NYC you can stay without sacrificing too much on your budget. It’s located around lots of pizza spots and convenient stores. It’s all you need when traveling to NYC

Great location but our room was next to the lounge in the hotel. There was vomit outside our door one night and it was very loud and disruptive. Our shower started leaking but the staff was helpful.

Overall stay was pretty cool. I checked in late but still was able to get the room I wanted- room was on the same floor as the club however it closes early on Sundays. The only downside was the extra fee. I thought I was prepared since I had read the reviews and read the fine print, so I expected the extra $30 resort fee at check-in. However I wasn’t prepared for the extra $150 deposit as well. This is my first hotel stay so I’m not aware if a deposit is something to be expected or not when staying at a hotel. It would’ve been nice to know in advance.

Great service at a convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Dirty and expensive. Very expensive. Rooms did not have working television and floors have not been cleaned in a while.

Our Corner king Suite room (not middle)was great. A hip & great location. But hotel staffs need improvement. We booked king terrace suite and it was a really nice room. However, the hotel staffs were inconsistent and not throughly knowledgeable about king terrace suites. King terrace suite are only located on 15th floor and can be in corner or in the middle depending on your luck at the time of check in. The corner rooms even have a tub and a shower, and to me that is a better room overall. But I was told that all king terrace rooms were corner rooms and they wer structured the same way between the rooms (btw the picture is incorrect in Orbitz website). We only found that out because we had to take a MIDDLE king terrace room that was only available at the check in and got transferred to a corner room the next day as the previous guest was leaving. Before moving in the corner room on the the next day, a front staff told us that they extended their stay therefore we can no longer transfer. We were told to be packed and ready to move by 12, then we only found this out because we called in the morning about our transfer. That to me is a poor guest service and poor communication between hotel staffs. We even confirmed our transfer the night before so they could’ve called if they communicate each other well. A problem solution department lady eventually fixed the situation and transferred us as they promised but one of front staff handled and her attitude was very poor.

The hotel is great; in a good location. When we checked in they tried to tell us there was an issue with our credit card and they would need to give us a different room than we had reserved ( one bed room for 3 people). After an argument they finally gave us a room with 2 double beds even though our reservation was for a king studio room. Worked out ok but it was annoying.

Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Location is convenient and accessible to restaraunts and shopping within walking distance. On my next trip to New York I'm staying here.
