It was a good hotel. A little noisy outside but nonetheless it got the job done.

Room smelled like weed, noisy, and took a long time for hot water.

The property needs some attention. The room we stayed in was so small I had to crawl over the bed to get around it. The carpet was stained and the fridge in our room was dirty. Our room backed the alley where the trash was stored and picked up. It is a convenient location but that is about it.

After paying close to $400 for a king bed after the $70 resort fee and the weird added $30 amenities fee, we assumed the hotel would be at a least a decent room. The lobby looked abandoned and the room itself looked dated and depressing. No valet parking and the elevators can barely fit a couple people. For $400 per night, I’m expecting a bit more. The pictures don’t look like the actual room and I’m not sure where these great ratings are coming from. This is a good location since it’s in midtown and the room size was good considering it’s New York. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Super chill. Everything I needed, they provided.

PROS: Nice location - very vibrant party and restaurant scene. My wife and I had drinks and dancing all on the same block. Also, there are several highly-rated restaurants in the area. The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff members were responsive - I needed towels and someone showed within minutes. Moreover the staff seemed very nice - even the manager seemed reasonably nice. CONS: The photos make the rooms look bigger - and I did see staff cleaning a larger room, but for the rate I paid the room with the king size bed was very small and the view was horrendous! We had to keep the shades closed the entire stay because people in the next building - less than 30 feet away could see directly into the room. Still overall a good stay.

The room was very nice, but the service was not that good. Its the small things that makes a stay great. I tried to get ice delivered to my room 3 times and it never came. The last time i asked at the front desk, i was finally told where to get my ice myself. That is all i wanted.

Really enjoyed my stay & would return again. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

The hotel was very nice. I just wish they would have had a place in lobby to buy drinks

people at desk were exceptionally helpful.room was clean and made service very good

Good Evening Anthony, Thank you so much for being our guest and we greatly appreciate the detailed feedback. I will pass along all the positive mentions to the team, and even address some of the cons you noted. I understand the concern about buildings being so close, that is common in NYC but we will look into various shading options. I hope you have a great week and thanks again for staying at the Dream. Warm Regards, Donaldo Prescod
