Fantastic location near Madison Square Garden/Penn Station/Mounihan Train Hall. Decent small rooms at good price. Neat street packed with wholesale and retail flower markets and nursery. Worst thing is it’s 44 stories tall with 12 rooms/floor and 4 tiny elevators. Long waits and crowded elevators 8 am-10 am daily. Mediocre free breakfast included.

If you want to be near Chelsea and Broadway and are coming in on the train, this location can't be beat. The breakfast was servicable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was decent size by Manhattan standards, and the fitness center was well-equipped. The only slight negative was that the elevators seemed outmatched by the number of guests and floors. But if you can be patient for an elevator, they do work just fine and this is a great place to stay.
