The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The shower was awesome!

I had a wonderful room in the center of the city and had a great time! I was able to walk mostly to everywhere I wanted to go. I went to dinner, the theater and just had a wonderful time without having a one hour drive home. Well worth it

The hotel placement and the staff were great. The room was very comfortable, and clean. I just had the bad timing of being there while they were working on the outside of the building so had to keep drapes closed while they were outside the window, and also working on their fire system so got to hear fire alarms a few times, but since spent most time outside exploring the city didn't matter to much just a little inconvenient, but they have to do it some time. Just about 1 1/2 blocks to Grand Central station, so easy accesses everywhere.

Quiet room. Close to Grand Central Terminal. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

Great! Clean comfy room! Excellent location! I would definitely recommend the Westin.

Experience was great! Only issue was the water in bathtub took long to drain. Everything else was excellent.

it was fun and the location was great easy access to transportation and walking distance from landmarks shopping etc.. great food around the hotel

Good location. Friendly stuff. Big room. Walk distance to so many places.

First time to New York, so was not sure about where to stay in regards to location and accessibility. This hotel deffinetly hit the spot! Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and location (right next to Grand Central) made it easy to start your morning siteseeing travels. I would highly recommend this hotel, and if given the opportunity to visit NYC again, I would choose the Westin Grand Central.

The was hotel was very nice; the staff was great but to pay $65 a day for parking fee was too much I think.

The hotel was nice but did have problems at check-in. I had booked a room with a king-size bed and a pullout sofa. When I got there they said they didn't have a room with pull-out sofa so they were only going to give me a room with a king size bed. I did need the pull out sofa. They said they could upgrade me to a room with double beds for $60 more a night. After complaining and speaking with the manager, they did move me to a room with double beds for no additional fee. I was not happy that the room configuration I had specifically booked on Orbitz was not what they were going to give me at the hotel. In the end, with some complaining were able to get it sorted our but shouldn't have had to go through that in the first place.

Late night food options in the area or for delivery should be made available to guests... mini bar options are limited

Excellent hotel.. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a complimentary early check-in and late check-out. A standard room was actually a standard hotel room size (different than a lot of hotels in NYC). Awesome location - very close to Grand Central, connecting you to anywhere in the city. 10/10!

It was a very fine hotel in a good location. The staff seemed to have an issue at first with providing the room booked, but ultimately came through after a brief wait. Wanted to comp breakfast to shift is to a different room type. Wasn't workable and they followed through.

Great stay staff was friendly love my experience .

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel. Nice location. Food was good at the hotel but closed kind of early

The stay here was quite good and pleasant. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desks were quite helpful as well.

The Weston is excellent in every category, enjoy it like we did.

I arrived at the hotel in the late-morning after a red-eye flight from the West Coast. The front desk staff volunteered to let me check in early. My hotel room was clean and well-appointed. And the hotel was within an easy walk of my business meeting.
