So it started bad. The room i originally had was very small and very dated.. They went above and beyond to correct it. I upgraded for a little more money and went to the 38th floor! We got the best room in the hotel! 3808! We had a balcony the we could see Central Park AND One WTC! It made Al the difference in our trip. This is an old school property. Know that going in. But the staff was amazing.

We loved the location, liked the diner on site, and we really liked the historical feel of the hotel. The gentlemen that guarded entry to the elevators were always super helpful and friendly.

It’s an old hotel. It’s decent, so I can’t expect much. But the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I don’t really eat breakfast because I overslept 😬😬 and I was only sleep for 2 nights. The last night of my stay, I wasn’t in the hotel (was partying all night) until I had to go back to pack and checked out 😅.

Loved staying here with the old feel of the city. Perfect location for the activities I was staying for. While everything felt a little worn, I appreciated the details and cleanliness.
