The outdoor patio outside of the room was great.bi also really liked the size of the queen suite. It was a great size. It could have been cleaned a bit better, nothing major.

I liked the location of this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was much smaller than what the pictures depicted. There were 4 of us so it was pretty tight. Besides everything seeing small, it was nice. The room could have used some paint but since it is an old, historical hotel, with a historical past, it was good enough.

Overall, it’s a great property in a great location! However, there were a few items from my trip that need noted. 1) I LOVED the old charm of the building but the water system needs updated, every morning my skin was nearly taken off from super hot water despite cold being on full blast. 2) no frig, which I find very odd. 3) the elevators!!! The property has several elevators but few were ever in service. My husband and I waited 25mins on a elevator all to be told sorry they are moving slow, our driver nearly left with out us as we needed to get to the airport to catch our flight. In the end I had to call the front desk as they then sent us to a service elevator to get down as by this point there was 30 plus others on one floor trying to get down. I guess in busy times they think nothing of waiting 30-40 minutes on an elevator. Please keep in mind going down 30 floors with luggage would have been nearly impossible.

The location was great. The rooms are very small and a little outdated. Also most of the elevators weren't working but the staff allowed us to use the service elevators. We were able to check in quite early which really worked for us. The charge was only $50 per room.

I loved it and would stay there again I would suggest the property to friends as well

Great location, reasonably priced, staff was great especially Muhammad who set us up in a nice room with an awesome view.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant. Clean and comfortable room.

Perfect location, easy in and out. No coffee pot in room but close to coffee shops. Room dark but comfortable. Hard to communicate with some of the staff on multiple occasions, long waits to get into room for check in and couldn't find reservation which after a red eye flight is exhausting, staff was confused and slow. Restaurants slow and hard to get service.

LOCATION IS PREFECT!!! BUT we stayed in the 40th floor and could hear the elevator ALL THE TIME. IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP AT TIMES! But other than that, great hotel.

Very nice customer service good location everything clean
