So it started bad. The room i originally had was very small and very dated.. They went above and beyond to correct it. I upgraded for a little more money and went to the 38th floor! We got the best room in the hotel! 3808! We had a balcony the we could see Central Park AND One WTC! It made Al the difference in our trip. This is an old school property. Know that going in. But the staff was amazing.

We were told room will be above 19th floor with a view, we got 7th floor with window facing back wall and rubbish.Rooms so tiny, theres barely room to walk. Staff at reception and entrance very rude and racist. Moved our bags without asking us, and everyone else's bags were there.Then argued with us when we wanted our bags back.we almost missed our flight. Did not even bother to help with luggage or open doors and we had two suitcases per person..

We moved to this hotel after the first one we booked was awful and had to chance so it felt like an upgrade but it was generally very outdated. Overall great location and staff are great but the windows in the room were draughty, and it needs a bit of a facelift.
