Only positive note we can make was the exceptional view from our room. Unfortunately everything else was comparable to a stay at a motel. The bathroom of our room was dirty with another guest’s unsightly hair. The room was dark with broken light fixtures. Breakfast was so terrible that it left us both with stomach aches from the two bites of it we ate before leaving and going somewhere else. Food was cold and felt so fake. Food service staff was also rude and not accommodating. I was told I’d be hearing back from the manager and I have yet to hear anything. What kind of four star hotel doesn’t have any hand or body creams and charges $6 per hotel of water? Very disappointing. Highly recommend not staying here.

AMAZING city views from 39th floor! Helpful staff, nice hotel, good breakfast buffet. Nice clean room, but super tiny with no storage except 1 thin closet. Was very cramped for my family of 4 with luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The location is great and the breakfast was pretty good. They have four elevators, but during peak times it still gets busy. The room was small — which we already expected — but the view was absolutely spectacular, so it still felt like a great deal. The staff was very friendly, and we’d definitely stay here again.
