the check in service is still a little weak and it takes too long to check/in, staffs a bit slow but friendly. the elevators need an attendant to help with the flow of traffic . The hotel should consider alternative check-in and check-out to help move the traffic in the lobby. I love the rooms on the high floors

The hotel is on a quiet street one block away from subway transit. There is a wholefoods market on the corner. The hotel itself was very nice. The room was very clean, and the furniture was modern. I enjoyed my stay.
Great property near a lot of dining and sightseeing options. We got the city view room on the 43rd floor with phenomenal city line views and the empire state building. The complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated, as you could get food from the lobby or 2nd floor. Only two negatives, which is that the rooms are very small. There are no dressers so I was living out of the luggage and had to put it on top of the bed everytime I wanted to access it. The 2nd negative is that the elevators banks are divided, so you need to keep track of which side the elevator dings because if you miss it, it doesn't do a good job of halting the door close. And the elevators are slow in the morning rush. But liked the hotel overall for modernity and cleanliness and will likely be back for future visits.

although my actual room was lively and clean the check in was delayed 3 hours because rooms were not ready, they gave us a hard time getting breakfast ( my mother wanted to have her meal in the room) are hard push the allowed a takeout box😡. theyhotel elevators went down and a flood cut breakfast and coffee completely on our last day. I asked for bottle water and got a slightly negative response . they need to work out the structure and give staff members power to react to situations
