Good breakfast, clean and quiet room. Slow elevators- which they are candid about, warning patrons to leave extra time if they need to be downstairs on a timetable. Nice stay and we would do it again.

The staff was amazing; very friendly during check in and check out. The room was small, but the sofa + ottoman combo was very comfortable. The closet space was a little lacking, however. The view was AMAZING!!!

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fantastic even for being free. Staff was fantastic and did a great job attending to any needs or questions we had. Stayed during the blizzard in New York (apparently one of the biggest blizzards in 30yrs.)and they handled it so well. Lifetime Hyatt members going forward.

Room was okay for two people, very minimal storage space so just had to live out of the suitcase on the floor. AC/heater is super loud and walls are quite thin. Elevators are a pain, we requested a room on a lower floor to avoid waiting 10-15 minutes for a lift. Fire alarm went off at 5am, thankfully a false alarm but not a pleasant way to wake up. Good gym and location. Staff was very nice.

Stayed on the 10th floor, room was smaller than anticipated, and we were placed right outside the elevators. Staff wasn’t that friendly but did handle requests swiftly. Our shower was clogged and they fixed it same day. Elevators were confusing and spread out so you didn’t know which one to go too, hallway was super narrow. Location was amazing, being so close to trains was a bonus and complimentary breakfast was great, just wish they didn’t serve Eggo waffles. For the price I paid I do wish my room was slightly larger, I couldn’t open my luggage in my room and there wasn’t a closet just hooks.
