The hotel was a bargain for the price but it seemed in a constant state of disarray-laundry bins stored in public areas, often blocking doorways and the halls. The "bar" area was never open. The bathroom shower-head is fixed in a position suited for a short adolescent, (and I'm only 5'3") the hand-held adapter didn't work due to a giant hole in the tube, and the shower curtain rod fell on me when I tried to hang a towel on it to dry. Fun times. The window shade in the room was broken so we folded it up so we could see outside and simply left it up the entire time since that took some effort. The first coffee pot didn't work so they gave us a new one. To use with their sad coffee with only sad packets of powder creamer. (coffee is a big deal, friends!) BUT the Paris bakery/cafe up the corner provided excellent cappuccinos on a daily basis and made up for the sad coffee situation in the room. ;)

Overcharged for extra stay 12-4 $100 Full price stay for that day was $125 So for 4 hours they let me rate $100 I come back to desk and show real price rates for that day it was $125 So for 4 hours you freindly and smile let me stay extra hours for $100 They give me back $50

Close to broadway theater. Clean , nice staff . Kitchen closes early tho for breakfast and dinner

Room wasnt ready until 6.30, no towels until midnight.

Nice room small but ok Good situation and everything near

Great location, friendly staff. Nice open space on 4th floor for morning coffee/breakfast, and drinks and snacks later. Would highly recommend

Clean hotel, but bar closes too early, the valet parking txting doesn’t work.

It was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do in NYC.

Nice hotel. Close to midtown only a 10 minute walk to all area attractions. Clean hotel

The hotel is in a great location and is reasonably well maintained. While not cheap, the rate was competitive for the area and the rooms were small but that is par for the area. The one major problem was that the sheets on the beds were made of a scratchy synthetic material that was unbelievably uncomfortable and completely non-breathable. I stay at a lot of hotels and I've never run into sheets that were as uncomfortable as these.

The floor wasn't clean and the bed had dust and overall not so clean the room

Good location , clean room. It would be better if the room has refrigerator

Pleasant hotel with helpful staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. We had corner room. Location was excellent for walking to Columbus circle, Central Park and lincoln center. Could use more monitoring of the business center with paper/ink but staff very helpful once contacted to get printer up and running so we could print tickets we needed. We will be back!

Its all about location. Price was a big higher than expected. But location wins out. Gentle walk to Time Square, Central park and various broadway theaters and all the restaurants. Its away from the busy traffic side..so if you need to catch an UBER, it gets there quick. the Subway is nearby to get anywhere... either you go to 57th street or south to 49th street. point of reference... 30 min walk to Empire state building. Room was adequate for 2 people. Nice to have a corner room.. but anything under the 12th floor... the scene isnt that wowing.. but nice. Gym on the 35th floor is great. Nosh lounge on 4th floor is nice and comfy. I'd come back.

Perfect location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and vey close to everything yet not in the middle of the chaos of Times Square. Very helpful getting us a ride to the airport. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we go back to New York.

Have stayed here many times and would recommend to anyone.
