The staff was super prompt and helpful. It was a very busy season and they handled it beautifully. A shoutout to the housekeeping staff who were incredible. The location of this hotel and the cleanliness makes up for any shortcomings they may have. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The front desk person was not helpful. She actually told me I had to check out after one night and check back in the next day. After I did so, the morning front desk person told me there was no need for that. That really impacted my stay!!

My stay was great. Best sleep ever in a hotel. Quiet for NY and super comfortable. Although the restaurant is separate, their food was not good for myself or my friend who had a pasta dish. Spent $70 on a steak covered in butter without any flavor. I couldn’t believe it.
