We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s located near the United Nations and has a lot of restaurants and places of interest in the area. The room we stayed in had a nice view of the city. We were offered $30 credit towards restaurant and used it for breakfast. However I think we would be better off having breakfast somewhere else.
The rug in my room had a big torn area. The room had a desk with no outlets near it. Needs some updating.

We took the time to call the front desk about a minor matter. Batteries were missing from a remote. They said an engineer would replace them the next day. Three days later, nothing had happened.

We were only there for one night, but the TV, clock and refrigerator all needed attention! Staff responded and all issues were corrected, but this was not what I would expect of this caliber of Hilton property.

Badly mind set checking in staff not to helpful at all so mean. Old hotel condition. Breakfast is not value for money. Bedding is good and clean, housekeeping staff on the 32 floor of west wing is nice on service to clean the room and bed linens.
Great location next to the UN. Tight security probably due to the location. We were charged for internet access, which was surprising.
