The hotel simply wonderful. Staff was very gentle and friendly. Rooms very clean and bed super comfortable. Convenient location to mayors atractions in time square. The only improvement in my opinion is related to the variety of the food in breakfast.

Hotel is in a brilliant location for access to Times square, Broadway etc. Spotless hotel and rooms, everything you could need. Staff were fantastic, so helpful, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

The Citizen M hotel was great! The room, common areas and decks were always well maintained. The staff were always with smiles and went out of their ways to ensure you were having a great time. The buffet was more than expected and the barista was awesome. The bar upstairs was awesome. The bar and mezzanine both have wonderful views of Time Square. I will always use them.
