Staff very nice. Small rooms, narrow hallways. Took more than hour to get elevator to check-out so missed our driver pickup. Elevators are small and were filled so never stopped at our floor for more than 80 minutes! Check in-Got to hotel early and had to wait for room to be ready which was understandable buy horsing around, loud laughing, yelling, etc. by reception team for 2 hours was very unprofessional and disturbing.

Good hotel, liked the location and room was nice!!! Only complaint is the elevator situation. There are only 3 small elevators for a 45 floor hotel. When I was trying to check out, I had to wait for 25 minutes by the elevator to get on. I was on the 31st floor and almost walked down with all my luggage. The room and everything was great but they deff need to do something about the elevator situation

I would have given a higher rating but the elevator situation was untenable. Often 10+ minutes wait and then when we finally scored an elevator it stooped at almost every floor even though it was stuffed to the brim. Other than that the staff was helpful, the room was great (although sound traveled easily from the hallways). Clean and decent size rooms for NYC. The cookies were great!

The actual hotel room was fine as was every employee we encountered. The only issue was that after waiting for an elevator for almost 25 minutes, we ended up walking down 39 flights of stairs to get out of the hotel. And we were not the only ones. They really need to get their elevator issues sorted out.
