The staff was awesome, the room I stayed in was clean but on the smaller side and it was by the elevator, probably need more sound proofing from the hallways, I can hear people slamming doors and talking while waiting for the elevator in the middle of the night. Two issues I have with the hotel. 1) the floor of my room was always cold. 2) The elevators are slow, they only had three elevators with carts on the smaller side while servicing 40+ floors. Very slow and have to wait past several passes before I could get on the elevator.
