Couldn't check in until late. Construction in the lobby. Underwhelmed.

Comfortable and location worked. Also good location for getting around the city

This was a clean hotel with a friendly staff, depending on what you have planned the location is pretty good. Shopping in walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. The subway is easily accessible and you can take a cab almost anywhere in Manhattan for under $20.

We had a great view of the Empire State Building. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great hotel

Very about the hotel was amazing! Convenient, clean, and friendly staff. The manager even allowed us late checkout! Only complaint was the bed. No very comfy.

Had a great stay however the bed is not what I would describe as comfortable. The mattress was ultra firm and I woke up sore the next day.

near the Empire State Building and has a metro station(34th/Herald Sq)just a few meters away in the same sidewalk.

Pleased by the friendliness of the staff. They represented the definition of hospitality. Great location.

Elevators are broken, towels were very limited rooms are very small luckily we only stayed one night

Room was a comfortable size for 2 people. Refridgerator and microwave are a nice plus longer stays. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Location is perfect, steps from a metro station, nearby shopping.

Everything in the hotel is perfect. Location, cleanliness, service, etc.. but the beds are too soft. So soft that after sleeping for 2 nights, y back starting hurting when I woke up. By the third night I could hardly move in the morning from back pain. Had very bad sleep by the third night as the bed is so soft, I couldn't turn from the pain in the back. I thought that maybe I had hurt my back but after returning home and sleeping in my bed for just one night the pain was gone (I have a regular mattress that is firm like any other mattress). So thank's to the bed I could not enjoy NY as much as I would have liked because of the hotel mattress.

Nice, clean hotel with great staff. Close to Macy's and convenient to Times Square. Nearby subway stop. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at this location in Feb for 3 night. The staff is more than friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but small. The hotel for us was in a good location, close to the subway and close to Times Square. I would stay there again. It's right by the big Macy's too!

It was a nice stay, but I don't like and idea of writing an essay on the topic.

We had a great time in NYC. This hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to Penn Station, Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

Fantastic location, super clean rooms, very comfy beds. A bit smallish but the large walk-in shower and overall cleanliness of the room made the stay very pleasant. Price was fantastic for mid-town.

Very clean, friendly environment. My stay was brief but I was conveniently located.

The hotel isn't luxurious, but is pretty good for a business traveler or for those on vacation who aren't looking to be pampered. Rooms are small but decently appointed, and staff is friendly. Location is great, being about 100 feet away from a subway station with multiple lines and central to anywhere you want to go in Manhattan. Only complaint was the elevators which could be very slow in the mornings or evenings with so many people coming or going. A few times, the elevator would arrive with just too many people, so we had to wait for the next one.

I had to take care of some business in the Time Square area and found the hotel to conveniently located, accommodating, clean and friendly.

friendly service, clean room, great view, worth the money
