Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were modern and clean. 5 minute walk to Penn Station and 25 minute walk to Central Park. The rooftop bar is a locals favorite and is staffed by great bartenders. Don't let the fact that it is a Margaritaville in Manhattan keep you from staying here.

What a wonderful place to stay! Immaculately clean (with a staff invested in keeping it that way!), utterly quiet (felt like no one else was there!), and so central to everything. Cannot wait to stay there again!

The location is okay The rooms are nice BUT there is no service I was asking for four days to refill the shower gel I ended up going out and buying shower drive for me Entitled personnel Many better places around

The hotel is well situated to many fun areas to explore. The property is well maintained, clean, and fun. Can’t say enough about the staff ( friendly, hospitable, and engaging). Breakfast and Dinner were outstanding. The music and Statue of Liberty with the margarita glass is very entertaining. Housekeeping was also wonderful. Thanks for making our New York trip so enjoyable.

This property is on the fringes of a really rough corner. The rooms are also extremely small. Otherwise, the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
