This hotel has seen quite a bit of wear and tear, the rooms were pretty worn out and bare bones. The lobby was nice and modern. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very nice at check in and check out and expedited that quickly. I would not stay there again, too many hotels for the same price point and area that are better maintained and offer more.

Hotel is in a great mid-town location for travelling all over Manhattan. Murray Hill has lots of local food places. Staff were friendly and hotel clean.

Safe location and friendly staff

We stayed here overnight before an early morning medical procedure. Hotel is well located and in a safe area. The front desk staff were great, valet was easy and efficient, and our room was spacious. Free WiFi and good selection of channels in the room. We were able to retrieve our car early (430am) which was great as some hotels don’t do 24 hour valet.
