I always have a great time at the Arlo. The staff is fantastic, the location perfect, and there is always a lovely event happening at the hotel. I came to New York for a Thursday evening event, and I stayed during the weekend. It happened to also be Fashion Week and the weekend right before Valentine's Day. I was unexpectedly invited to attend a Self-care Saturday event hosted at The Arlo that was exactly what my soul needed. The weekend was incredible. I was able to not only get some well-needed rest, but I connected to friends and had a lovely New York City experience. I highly recommend!

Quiet and clean. Great location and relatively inexpensive for NYC. Tiny room with no storage for clothes. Friendly staff. Computer system was down when I arrived and I couldn’t check in for several hours. The hotel did give me a voucher for dinner to compensate. Would stay here again.

The Arlo is a nice hotel. However, we’re stayed several times and each time there were no washcloths in out room. One visit they had no clean washcloths. Our last visit we were told they were in the room only to find they were not. We did receive brand new washcloths though.
It is nice in every way
Great location! Very walkable. Rooms are really small. Had an issue with the AC not working and was sleeping in 82 f for the first 2 nights. Ended up having to switch rooms because they weren’t able to fix the issue and the new room wasn’t the cleanest. Sink was clogged and not draining. Also had an issue with the chrome-cast not working for both rooms and it took a while to get that set up. But despite the issue I would still recommend the hotel and staff are very helpful. I stayed at their Nomad location but would definitely stay in there Soho instead, especially since their elevators don’t take as long as their Nomad one does.
