Beautiful area around the property. On average, many attractions are a 10-25 minute walk away. Hotel itself was extremely small - which is to be expected in New York. However, wasn’t fond of the way these units were designed. Words cannot describe the lack of usability. In the unit, there is NO privacy whatsoever between the bed and bathroom. Nowhere to open your luggage. Only 1 TINY stool to sit on with no backrest. I feel truly blessed to be going home - will never stay at Arlo Soho again. On a positive note, the hotel seemed clean.

The location is great for walking and nearby subways. The only thing is it’s located near the Holland tunnel entrance and people are constantly honking horns. The hotel is very nice and comfortable…

All in all we had a great time at the Arlo SoHo. Though the room was quite small (even for for New York) they were very nice and made the most of the space. Just a note if you are facing the courtyard you will want to have your curtains closed most of the time as you can clearly see in to all of the rooms.

The hotel had good amenities. The room was small and the bathroom door was not private. The room was extremely noisy, you could hear honking from 2-6 pm due to cars trying to get into Holland tunnel. We appreciated the early check-in even with a fee.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay in the Heart of NYC! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in downtown New York! The location couldn’t have been better — just a 5-minute walk to the Hudson River and close to so many must-visit NYC attractions. The room, though compact, was incredibly cozy and impressively well-designed to make the most of the space. Everything was neat, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had everything you would expect from a quality hotel, and then some. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a true NYC experience!
