We had an awesome stay and the staff was superbly accomodating.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Perfectly located in Mid-town blocks from Time Square and down the street from 5th Ave. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Restaurant & Rooftop bar were excellent. I can't rave enough about this hotel. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Very central between many subway stops. Beautiful rooms, very clean, stylish, lovely extras (robe, slippers, Nespresso machine, turn down service). Super nice staff.

This is a great hotel. I had a double double and it was spacious for NYC, a beautiful bathroom, great restaurant and rooftop bar, and lots of lovely touches such as robes, Nespresso machine, slippers. The turndown service is lovely. Definitely will go again. The staff is super nice and this centrally located.

Beautiful boutique hotel, great central location. Small rooms but good amenities and they make good use of the space.

Loved the location, the staff was always very friendly and accommodating, Reenie and the entire desk staff went beyond , they made me feel welcomed and upgraded my room to two beds at check in as I brought my grandson to NY at the last minute and had booked a room with just one bed. The rooftop bar has a great view of the Empire State Building

Nice property, but no gym or work facility. The rooms are really small and make Europe rooms look big

The location was awesome, the hotel was beautiful but the staff is what made this hotel amazing. I've traveled to multiple cities and stayed in many hotels and there has never been another hotel that has come close to the level of service I received here. I'll never stay in any other hotel ever again when I return to New York.

I ENJOYED MY ONE DAY STAY AT THE ARCHER HOTEL WHICH WAS MY FIRST STAY HERE. MY CHECK-IN WAS EFFORTLESS AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE SUPER NICE. THE ROOM WAS A BIT TIGHT BUT COMFORTABLE. THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM WASN'T MUCH BUT I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A DAY. THE $65/DAY VALET IS HIGH BUT I GUESS, THAT'S JUST NY. I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO WALK THE NEIGHBORHOOD SINCE THIS WAS A SHORT VISIT BUT IT WAS VERY LIVELY AND SEEMS CLOSE TO A LOT. I ENJOYED THE BAR AND MY BREAKFAST AT THEIR RESTAURANT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN.

Front staff very caring- lost our eldey parents at Penn Station- they called us in concern, made sure early check/in was available. Had scissors, got us cabs, brought us ice- very helpful and considerate.

Excellent hotel. It was clean and the staff was extremely attentive and friendfly. The interior design in the bathroom was also fantastic. Love the basket weave marble floors and the giant shower. My sink was clogged and they fixed it without me even asking. The staff must have noticed when they were freshening up my room.

This is the smallest, most claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in. There is no reasonable way this should be considered 4.5 stars. The appointments and amenities are nice, but I can't fathom how anyone could travel as a couple and without losing their minds. Friendly, accommodating front desk and restaurant staff. Strongly recommend booking a high floor if you do stay, but honestly, I'd never stay again.

Hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately this hotel did not offer any VIP perks to VIP Orbitz members and that was a big reason why I chose to stay here because it was a VIP hotel on Orbitz.

Great location. Walking distance to almost everything we love about NYC.

Fantastic boutique hotel! Rooms had everything I needed and more. Bathroom was stunning. View was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back.

The convenient location made it easy to walk to Grand Central Station in one direction & Times Square in the other location. Although the room is small, they definitely made appropriate use of every nook and cranny. The turn-down service was a nice touch as well as the treats they left :) The staff was very helpful in directing us where we wanted to go and the coup de gras was they let us check in early so that we didn't have to stow our luggage while we shopped. Definitely made me feel at ease knowing I could decompress from my travel in the room and safely stow my luggage in the room. Thanks for a great first time trip to NYC!
