A nice affiordabkd hotel with amazing staff . My ex husband got locked in the bathroom though . The elevator sucked . I drank a bottle of wine waiting for my ex husband to leave my bathroom . I wish I got it for free. Oh well .

Rooms are small, but that is New York. Staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Room i/ hotel is dry clean. Great location. Beds are comfortable.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel, close to all the shops

Great location, great staff ! Will definitely stay here again!! Love the small hotel feeling!

Service is excellent at this hotel. It is close to the theaters and restaurants and lots of shopping. Staff is helpful and courteous. Only problem was the last night we were there was disruptive with some kind of construction going on in the street that wasstaff extremely noisy all night long. There were bright lights shining in our room all night too. Not the hotel's fault but should have warned us. Great experience except for that.

Always enjoy staying here. Triumph does a great job with the menu and quality of the food. The fact the reception is at the hotel upgraded me to a suite was a BONUS. Great job to all.

Also close to the NewYork Public library. The room was quiet, very clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. They serve the best complimentary coffee in the morning and delicious hot apple cider in the afternoon and the concierge and people at the front desk were helpful and pleasant.

From the moment we checked in, The Iroquois was Over the Top. The hotel staff...from the front desk to the housekeepers to the bellhop were kind and courteous. The front desk staff went the extra mile when they realized my granddaughter was celebrating a birthday and sent a "Happy Birthday" plate to our room filled with sweet goodies! Location could not have been better between 5th and 6th Avenues....we were able to walk everywhere except Battery Park but Subway was easily accessible. I will stay here again on our next trip to NYC!

Great little hotel hidden just a block or 2 off of Times Square. The staff was tremendous, being extremely friendly to make sure we were well taken care of. The room was quite nice, and a good size for Manhattan. The bathroom was a bit small, but not uncomfortably so.

This was our first stay at The Iroquois and we enjoyed it. Staff was exceptional. Had few issues after check in with room key and phone, but management upgraded our room and again was exceptional. The waffle for breakfast was the best waffle I have ever had! Bed was comfortable. Only negatives were bathroom size and I hit my head a few times on shelf right next to toilet. The hotel bar was closed a few nights, so we had to venture out for our before bedtime cocktail. Hotel was quiet and close to Time Square. Will return if price is right.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The location was perfect for great fun.

The hotel's location is perfect, near many attractions no need to take taxis or subways we were able to walk every where. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the superior room was a bit small it was very cleaned and we weren't in there much anyway. I would have liked a view but the window faced a brick wall. Loved the fruit water served in the afternoon. My boyfriend and I came for just a night out in the city and we are definitely staying here the next time we come out.

This is a classic upscale NY hotel with friendly staff. The space is on the small side, but average by Midtown standards. The location is in walking distance to Time Square and Grand Central. However, a plus is that it's in the middle of a commercial block, so you don't hear noise and car horns all night.

I am a frequent traveller to New York City and have enjoyed many hotel stays in this wonderful city. By far, this was the most disappointing hotel. Although location was good, hotel staff were misleading with information and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel. There are many other lovely hotels in New York City to visit. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

You choose the price, area and star level. We'll find a quality name brand or independent hotel for you in seconds. All hotels are backed by our Best Price Guarantee.

This is a hotel for those on the go. If you are in town for just a day or two, or just need a place to crash before your next meeting, the Iroquois is a fine choice. The Molton Brown shower amenities smell great. The Gym and Sauna are adequate for getting a good sweat going. Service was excellent.

Can't beat the location of this hotel and the rooms are not bad too (especially if you do a small upgrade to the queen, which I recommend.)

Warm, welcoming and cozy. We will go back. We r locals and have been to all the great hotels in NYC. This one is quiet and cozy. Staff was great Great dollar value !!!

The room did not have heat. The staff brought in space heaters . One for the bedroom and one for the bathroom.

My daughter and I decided to take a mini fall break. I chose the Iroquois New York as our retreat. We loved everything about it, including its location that was walkable to everything....the theatre, Times Square, excellent shopping, and wonderful food. The Red Flame is excellent for breakfast and is just a few feet away. The Concierges ( Bill and Vanessa ) went out of their way to make reservations at a wonderful Mediterranean and Italian place just down the street. Wicked was awesome and the wait to the Empire State Building was greatly shortened due to Bill's help. Had a wonderful time and got rejuvinated!
