It could be more hospitable if they made the guests aware upfront that they can ask for a microwave or coffee maker to be delivered to the room . Housekeeping staff was very friendly, but the front desk folks were barely communicative and definitely not welcoming, unlike our earlier stay this year. Great location!

We chose the hotel because of convenient location for the shows and restaurants we wanted to patronize. The hotel was very good , not great. Rooftop bar is bately accessible. Bathroom was small. On the plus side, staff were quite helpful.

The bar upstairs was closed for a private function the first night we got there so we couldn’t grab a drink or anything at all that night in the hotel. We went on the second night to have a drink at 5 pm and although there were lots of empty tables they were all reserved so we stood and had a drink which was kind of disappointing. We ended up eating somewhere else because we couldn’t even get a snack at our own hotel. I went to lobby to see if they had wine we could buy and drink in our room but they said they haven’t been able to get any lately. Huh? Hotel was clean but bathroom was very small.
