It could be more hospitable if they made the guests aware upfront that they can ask for a microwave or coffee maker to be delivered to the room . Housekeeping staff was very friendly, but the front desk folks were barely communicative and definitely not welcoming, unlike our earlier stay this year. Great location!

The bar upstairs was closed for a private function the first night we got there so we couldn’t grab a drink or anything at all that night in the hotel. We went on the second night to have a drink at 5 pm and although there were lots of empty tables they were all reserved so we stood and had a drink which was kind of disappointing. We ended up eating somewhere else because we couldn’t even get a snack at our own hotel. I went to lobby to see if they had wine we could buy and drink in our room but they said they haven’t been able to get any lately. Huh? Hotel was clean but bathroom was very small.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The “Concierge” desk cheerfully assisted us with anything we needed. Our room was quiet, in spite of the busy street below.

I've stayed in a number of hotels, but this one truly meets most of my requirements. Besides the attractive hallway and lobby, the rooms are nicely and neatly furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—everything is close by, and most places were within walking distance. Our room was at the back of another building (I wasn't particularly concerned about the view), but thanks to that, it was quiet despite its proximity to Times Square. I highly recommend it!

Muito bom hotel. Apenas 1 quarteirão da Times Square. Tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Suco de Laranja, café, yogurt, bacon, queijo, etc. O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento que é muito caro +70 por dia e se o carro for grande, é mais caro. Mas no geral muito bom hotel.

Great stay, close to the train station and everything else. Fam trained into Penn St and walked to the hotel no prob. Also walked to Central Park, Time Square, and The Met without any issues. Staff was amazing! So kind and energetic. The place was clean and refreshing. Loved the rooftop for dinner appetizers and drinks. Breakfast was ok, dinner was way better and worth the cost in our opinion. Cafe in the lobby for coffee was nice. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend them!
