We stayed for our one year wedding anniversary which the hotel was very generous and thoughtful about helping us celebrate. Everything was spectacularly clean and having a balcony was wonderful. Modern amenities with a traditional and luxurious aesthetic. Rooftop bar is adorable and the staff were all so warm and helpful. Loved it!

I travel monthly and have stayed at many hotels. I love finding a more boutique experience and this was on the top of my experiences! The staff were amazing. They were attentive, supportive and provided amazing service. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bedding was comfy!! We really had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

We only got the coffee and muffins on Monday so can't speak to the breakfast. All of the staff was outstanding and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were quiet and the tub is amazing!

Booked a King room on Expedia with package flights. The room was big and clean. The staff was on point, professional and happy. My only issues were the view and a little noisy with rooms next door and there was a small conference room next to us that was a bit loud our last morning. The bedroom had two windows that had a large fake grass covering them. This was I guess to cover the fact that our room was on 3rd (3G) floor and over looked a secondary roof. I really wanted to get better views for the amount you spend for the room. We did not request to move to any other room, as were just used it for sleep and shower but wanted to be in that area of town. If I stay there again I would definitely request a higher room with real view.

The staff was wonderful—especially Ralph, who was incredibly helpful and such a pleasure to interact with. The only downside was the location being right next to a police precinct, which made the lower floors a bit noisy at times. Aside from that, the room was spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated having a microwave (hard to come by these days!). This was my second stay at The Kimberly, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.
