This hotel is excellent in amenities and location. Staff is friendly and goes out of its way to accommodate guests. For example, when we asked for a rom with a balcony, they found one available. For example, when that room wasn’t ready, they comped drinks at the rooftop bar.

I was injured at the hotel. I was assured that some form of reparation would be made after I checked out. I was not contacted by the hotel. When I did finally manage to contact them I was offered further empty promises. I believe you can measure the worth of any establishment by how they respond to problems- or avoid them.
