I had a HORRIBLE stay. When I arrived at the hotel, the concierge told me that my reservations were canceled. I booked for two rooms and didn't even get a courtesy call from the hotel thst they canceled my reservations. I booked for two nights and they wanted to charge me their rate for those nights opposed to what I was originally supposed to be charged. When I asked to speak with a manager, they decided to charge me my original price for only one night and said there were no rooms available for the next night. Also, the pictures of the rooms is a complete lie. The hotel doesn't look like anything in the pictures. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were even worse. This was a complete disaster.

Thank goodness that Tom was at the front desk this afternoon 1/31/2026 to help check us in —- because the clerk before him was most unhelpful & rude, who walked off in the middle of our check in discussion —We are sure this clerk is a liability to this otherwise quite fine establishment.
