The location was great, the room was a little small but understandable for the location.

This hotel has a hidden “facility fee” of $97, front desk manager was a little rude. House keeping service was excellent but definitely will not be coming back to this hotel. 10/10 do not recommend.

Upon checking in I had to pay another $128 in hotel fees on top of what we already paid for the hotel. They said it was for breakfast and hotel amenities. I was under the impression breakfast was included and not an additional $32/day mandatory. Also the breakfast was in another hotel across the street and only included one piece of fruit, one pastry, one coffee or tea. It was cheap and poorly done and that fee should have been included in our booking fee. I don’t like surprises to the tune of an extra $130 for nothing at the start of my vacation. Not acceptable.

You guys should add water !!! In the room not downstairs. We were checking out in the am in the rush. Our cab was outside waiting and we were dying to have a sip of water but there was water only downstairs as we were told. We had no time to go downstairs to look for it. Was horrible. We drove to the airport I thought I will pass out.

Our room size and the hotel location were great, but the staff was very unprofessional. For example, our room was not ready when we arrived and when we were told we could drop off our luggage with the bell boy for storage, he told us you have to wait 10-15 minutes for me to make room for more luggage. It made no sense. Two people who worked the front desk never smiled and when you asked them a question did not even look at your face. The concierge lady did not even know how to use a subway system or know where she was to give you advise on how to get anywhere.

Good location, but the breakfast is bad, nothing to eat.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to restaurants, attractions, shopping malls, and subway. The room is nice and clean, but quite small. The elevators could be faster. Breakfast is included with no ham, bacon, and sausage (too bad!), but there is a nice selection of tea. The service is good. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

The only window was in the bathroom, and I couldn’t see out of it.

Rooms are old and outdated, breakfast was horrible every morning. Could hear everything in the room. Can get a much better hotel for the price.

I only needed a place to sleep for my work trip, and The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue provided a comfortable room where I could drop off my luggage and get some rest. The rooms are small, but that's to be expected in Manhattan, and the location (right in the heart of Koreatown) meant being close to plenty of dining options and subway stops. However, the breakfast left something to be desired — there were few options, just pastries and yogurt mainly — and certain interactions I had with staff left me cold, especially when I was trying to store luggage and later pick it up. Overall an okay place to stay if you're looking for something simple.
