DEMASIADO RUIDO ADENTRO Y AFUERA NO HAY BOTONES, AMBIENTE POCO AMISTOSO LA LIMPIEZA Y EL BAÑO SON BUENOS

Friendly staff (especially Allison), clean hotel, and close to lower Manhattan attractions. Dinning is close by as well.

We stayed one night to visit NYU for my kid's school event. It was conveniently located to visit NYU and the staff was very nice.

i had a short stay, very easy and professional place.

Room was tiny; closet so tiny it's almost non existent. And construction going on next door makes it for very noisy morning.

When I arrived, I was quite early and very tired from my travels. Most hotels don't allow check in until 3pm. The host was very kind and looked to see if anyone had checked out of the fully reserved hotel. Someone had checked out early that morning. He asked housekeeping to get that room cleaned right away. In less than 1 hour I was checked into my room!!! Every day the front desk asked how everything was and if there was anything I needed. Very kind!!

Don't stay here if you actually need to sleep. First off, there's a massive construction project next door that starts early. Next, the AC units are very loud. After the first night, I tried a decibel meter on my phone and it was nearly 90 db. Location is nice, and the staff are friendly. But in my book, a hotel is (first and foremost) meant for sleeping.

I have always stayed there because it's close to where I work when I'm in NY. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the showers are tiny and you will leak water all over the floor.

This was a business trip and I've stayed twice since. Great hotel and a great location, right near where I was working at NYU. Close to everything in town that I needed and has a beautiful view of Freedom Tower and the river from the roof.

Hotel was very nice, had great service. Only minor complaint is that the elevator is very slow.

Good Place for overnight business trip close to office.

The location is awesome if you need/want to stay in soho. The rooms are tiny, I know it's New York but I've stayed in much bigger rooms in the same area for the same price. I'd look at other options.

I enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well setup. I was on a higher floor and it was quiet at night.

Enjoyed the convenience and relatively high amount of amenities.

The hotel is in a great location, close to lots of good restaurants and cute nieghbourhood shopping. This was a welcome change to staying at Times Square, which is where I normally stay.

I Enjoyed my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village Manhattan. The staffs are good, it is clean, free Wi-Fi internet, free Tea and coffee. I give it 4 star.

This is a good location, kind of midway between Soho and Midtown. It is near a busy street but actually quite quiet. The bed was VERY comfortable. I have a bad back and I am very sensitive to hotel bed quality and this was almost better than my Tempurpedic at home. It had a nice TV and a desk. The AC switched on and off a bit too much, that was my only complaint. Overall, a nice room and I would definitely stay here again.

I showed up for my reservation for my anniversary with my gf and the front desk told me he only had a double bed room for me, when I booked a king size bedroom he could not accommodate me and told me he had no other rooms! This hotel over books and lies about the rooms, the beds were uncomfortable and there was garbage in the car when I entered the bathroom.

This hotel was perfectly placed, next to the soho shopping area but away from all the craziness and noise of the city

Hotel was decent for the price and a short stay, and the staff was nice. However, I wouldn't recommend for long stays since the room was pretty small and there's not a lot of space at the hotel in general. The one complaint I do have is that the bathroom was definitely not cleaned well because there were many strands of red hair on the floors and the bathtub was already clogged from other people's hair. *gross*
