very good and comfortable experience. Would stay again.

For being located in New York City, the hotel is spacious. We got a corner room, and I highly recommend a corner room. The room and hotel are full of character. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was very good. The breakfast consisted of homemade waffles, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, milk and coffee. It was a nice way to help start the day. Check in and check out went smoothly. My husband and I arrived almost at midnight. I don't think the check in clerk was expecting anyone else but was helpful with getting us checked in and parking arranged. You can park on the street until the morning hours or in the garage right across the street for a discounted rate. The hotel staff was very friendly and respectable. We did not want our room cleaned but did want the trash emptied. Housekeeping was there when we left to empty our trash and then was gone. A newspaper was at our door in the morning. The subway is two blocks over. This hotel is in the financial district so not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but still plenty of pubs in the area and the waterfront is just a street or two over.

I enjoyed my stay. It's classic. The wooden furnitures are very pleasing to the eyes. Nice comfortable beds. Free breakfast. Free WiFi. Nice staff. Many restaurants around. Near the subway and battery park. Great experience.

This hotel offers relatively large rooms at a relatively cheap price (both relative for New York City). The beds were ULTRA comfortable! Bathroom is spacious. No counter space in the bathroom to lay out your toiletries. Quiet part of town, which suited us just fine. Very short distance to an excellent running path that skirts the East River. Breakfast was carb-heavy and short on fruit but it was at no additional charge so it's hard to complain. Definitely recommend The Wall Street Inn.

First time staying in the Financial District and wanted more than the usual chain hotel. We arrived early at 10:00 AM and were allowed to check in at that time. Entire staff wonderful. We never needed to ask for anything-it was taken care of. Loved the fact that after a long day of walking and sightseeing, we had a room to return to that was quiet-none of the hustle and bustle of being uptown. Definitely would return.

Suggest taking a room on a higher floor. Noise from Stone Street an issue. Staff was acomodating!

Great small hotel. Very nice rooms, good breakfast. Clean and cozy. Located very conveniently in the middle of the Financial District. Tasty croissants! ..... ...... ......

Exceeded expectation. Single elevator could be a show stopper if it broke. Very clean, lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, friendly staff, etc etc. Free breakfast a big plus. Would stay again.

I stayed here one night after my reservation at the Doubletree a few blocks away expired. Overall it's a nice little hotel for the price, its clean, there is a free continental breakfast and the rooms are good size. It's an older hotel with classic styling in the lobby, it could use some updating as far as the decor but it's good value for the money.

My second stay here and once again it was perfect. Spacious, clean rooms, great free breakfast, free coffee/tea and snacks available all day, strong signal free wifi, close to all subway lines. There is some noise from the nearby bars but I solved this easily with earplugs. Just booked my third stay.

Hotel was hard to find--our cab couldn't find it so we got out and walked down the little side street until we got to it. Rooms were small but well furnished. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding streets. Front desk clerk told us how to find the subway station but did not offer us the free map of subway system (we got one the next day from a different clerk). Breakfast was skimpy. Overall value was low for what they charge.

We have spent a long weekend in this nice hotel. Given the size of the hotel, you can practically say that it is like a boutique hotel in the heart of the financial district. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained, the staff was friendly. I believe that you would not be able to find a good bargain hotel at this price. The only negative I can tell about the hotel is the poor breakfast, but this is not a big deal, given the fact that hotels would charge you around USD 25 per person for a decent breakfast

I booked this randomly because I wanted to be close to the finish line of the NYC half marathon. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was nice to stay in a less touristy place than midtown but still have easy access to all of Manhattan via the subway. Free breakfast is awesome! Also appreciated the free coffee/tea available/snacks available in the lobby all day and night. I've already booked a room in this hotel when I come back in November for the marathon.

I needed a place to spend the night near the financial district. The Wall Street Inn was an unlikely choice but turned out to be very good. I was upgraded, the staff was welcoming, the room was well appointed, the bathroom spacious. And they give a free, decent breakfast. All at a very good price. A tad old fashioned, yes, but sometimes that's very welcome

Great location, clean decent size rooms. Coffee and cookie all day

This hotel was great. From the continential breakfast to the room, it was wonderful. We really appreciated having the car arranged to drive us to the airport. It was cheaper and more comfortable than the airport shuttle services. The hotel was very conveniently located - right near the subways.

very nice, only breakfast might be better with more cakes!

I came across this hotel while booking a long weekend. While I was a little unsure because it was a small boutique hotel in lower Manhattan. The consistently good reviews gave me confidence. I must say, every good thing that has been said about this hotel is right on the money. Sure, it may take a little time to find the place because it's located on one of the short narrow streets of lower Manhattan. It was a great, quiet little place to stay. I would choose this place if you're looking for the Manhattan experience at a very good price. I would definitely go back to this place again the next time I'm in New York.

Very quiet retreat in Manhattan. Quaint area with small streets and walking/dining only streets with restored vintage brick buildings.. We had meetings in Soho, and this was a nice walk away. Will definitely return to Wall Street Inn on our next trip!
