This hotel is a beautiful place to stay. It possesses a sense of calmness in the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a good location and excellent dining options. It is a wonderful place to return to, a home away from home.
Our second time in this fine hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are super nice and clean, and the location is great, we walked all over town. Also parking was easy, you can either valet, or self park right across the street. In the evening you can catch a great drink in the bar downstairs. Definitely coming back:)

Understaffed everywhere. Long check in lines. Queen bed actually a full sized bed. Room not what requested. Mattress soft and old. Request for 2 foam pillows turned into one feather pillow a hour later. Bartender rude to wife and looked me in the face and ignored me another time. I will not go on. DISAPPOINTING
Was a nice stay. Have no complaints. Was located close to all of our needs. Staff extremely nice.

What I didn’t like was that I had to pay other hiding fees so the hotel became very expensive ! I wish those fees were reflected at the time of purchasing knowing ahead of time ! 😉
Pretty old hotel, nicely and recently renovated. It's a "historic" renovation that retains the period charm. Staff was helpful, but not overabundant. Amenities (restaurant, bar, etc) still closed. Room was very nice.
