Staff very nice. Small rooms, narrow hallways. Took more than hour to get elevator to check-out so missed our driver pickup. Elevators are small and were filled so never stopped at our floor for more than 80 minutes! Check in-Got to hotel early and had to wait for room to be ready which was understandable buy horsing around, loud laughing, yelling, etc. by reception team for 2 hours was very unprofessional and disturbing.

Staff was excellent, courteous and attentive. The room was small, but clean and always smelled great from the restaurant’s aromas. Plus, I only needed it to rest and shower, so it did the job perfectly! Another positive was that it was centrally located to many attractions, like the Raging Bull, Wall Street, Joe’s Pizza, and more!

This was my first time booking a room with a city view and it was the best! Reception was welcoming and the baked cookie was a nice bonus of sweetness to my stay. It's really the little things like this that make the pleasantries so appealing. The rooms are spacious enough with designated desk area. There is neither a microwave nor refrigerator in the room, but there are plenty of places around to get delicious food. Although on Sundays, things close early.
