Room looked dated. Old carpet, old paint. Bed linen wasn’t changed everyday. They didn’t not provide enough towels. We could hear noises from next door.

Due to the location in Midtown Manhattan, it was very busy and the check-in line was about 45 minutes long. Very happy with the price and the room. Will plan to stay here again, hopefully through Hotels.com.

Works but not memorable

I like the conscious effort to decrease the plastic wastage and using large pumping style spa dispensers. Lobby is extremely noisy. Beds are very uncomfortable. Too soft and sinking. Hilton could do better.
