Guest reviews for New York Hilton Midtown
Close to a lot of major attractions in NYC. Great place to stay if visiting NYC for the first time.
great place and great location
enjoyed plenty my stay in a beautiful hotel very close to all major venues and subway transportation
Our tub did not drain and the elevators were very slow with only 2 to service our floor. This hotel is in a great location, but that is the only plus to staying here. Definitely needs an updating with improved amenities.
great location, nice rooms.
The hotel is situated well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. As I checked out I was told that the hotel has a $25 dollar charge? I booked on Expedia and was unaware of this fee. It's not the charge but the feeling of dishonesty on the part of the hotel that left me with a bad taste.
great 4 star hotel
Love the location. You are very close to NBC , Radio city and central park
We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and efficient. We got a free room upgrade which never hurts. The room was comfortable and quite large for a NYC hotel. Next time we got to NYC we will certainly stay there. No complaints here
close to everything
This hotel is close to many sights and subway stops when you want to go further. The room was large and comfortable, but could have been better lit. The lamps are out-dated and too dim. The staff was great, but we did not care for the sales spiel by the Hilton Honors rep. We were on vacation and didn’t want to spend our valuable time being sold. Overall, I would stay here again for sure!
After waiting in a long line to check in, and finally given a key, it didn't work and had to go back to the lobby and wait in line again! Not a good way to start the trip.
Very friendly curteous, professional and clean. I will certainly return to the New York Hilton Midtown on my next trip to New York
very good hotel
The Hotel is great, the problem is that the put me next to the elevators. and I couldn't rest as I suppose to.
