I stayed here with my 2 kids, 12, 15. The best part about the hotel was that it was a quick walk to the subway. The room had a lot to be desired, there is no place to put your clothes so plan on living out of your suitcase, no closet, no end table, only a desk without drawers and a little square wardrobe (no door) with 3 hangers. The bathroom is pretty small with mold on the tiles and stains on the ceiling. Breakfast was ok, all sugar cereal but they did have toast, bagels, coffee, and eggo waffles. We had an issue with the tv and they came to fix it right away so that was good. Other than that, we couldn't wait to get home.

The location, cleanliness, rooftop and staff are all great. The surrounding subway is quite noisy, but the room is quiet. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to do so when my future travels bring me back to one of my favorite cities!

People working desk kindly accommodated us by storing our bags prior to check-in, providing us with extra keys and being flexible with our varying arrival/departure schedules. Rooms were small but layout was cozy. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and shower water pressure was great. For a 3-star hotel it really delivered for a fair price.

The staff, the room, and the rooftop, everything was amazing! I only wish this hotel wasn't located in the Chinatown area which doesn't tend to be the cleanest (the hotel itself was very clean though).

Convenient to what I needed

Good to stay over night. Very small room, time to wait for hot water, and somewhat noisy...Clean room and bathroom, and cheap price.

It was exactly what we expected in the city. The hotel located in a very convenient spot for everything we needed to do. The bed could be a little bigger.

We arrived at this property and immediately knew that something was wrong. We chose not to stay after meeting someone in the elevator who shared their bedbug experience with us. We cancelled and requested a refund. after much discussion we were give 1/2 of our $ back. This is one time you cannot rely on the reviews.

Room was SMALL... otherwise everything was good. Breakfast was typical chain hotel/motel breakfast fare, but adequate. Room clean, staff friendly.

Very clean updated and modern. Would definitely recommend.

Great little hotel on the edge of Chinatown and just a short walk to the South Street Sea Port, where you can buy Broadway Theater tickets at a discount. One block to the subway that takes you directly to 42nd. Very interesting architecture in this area. Really a great find and a great deal.
