Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. the rooms were updated and in excellent shape. The hotel was quiet from interior and external noise. Breakfast and staff was amazing… wish we didn’t receive the free breakfast vouchers 2 days late.

The room was in great condition! It was a great stay for us. Especially if you don’t need anything fancy and just visiting the city and you just need a decent place to sleep at. Location was convenient since its near the subway and if you walk a few blocks up you’ll find hidden gems along the bowery like boutiques and cafes. And if you walk further you’ll find yourself at Soho. Not to mention it’s very near Katz’s Deli for tourists who are interested and shoutout to Halal Munchies their Tenders are so good and not to mention the staff. One thing that would further elevate the experience is if the Hotel Concierge would be trained to add more finesse in their service and communication though they are nice and decent and they would help you, adding that finesse and professionalism and also anticipating the needs of customers and being proactive with helping us would take it the extra mile like for example as I brought down the trolley to load baggages inside our uber after check out, a little help would be nice. But so far overall very happy with our stay.
