I really liked this hotel the only thing I had a problem with was how clean it was. At first it looked spotless until I went to look at the bathroom and there was poop in the toilet! I laughed a little but then when I went to lay down I seen blood on the pillowcase!! I couldn’t believe it I was so disappointed. They gave me clean pillow cases when I told them about the problem. I was a nice room besides that.

Great location, room, and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect for great shopping and sites.

Amazing experience !! The staff was extremely helpful. I had a late flight and checked out of my room at 11am but I was still able to leave my baggage at the hotel so I can do last minute site seeing. Totally recommend love love love

While the staff was nice, the floors of my room were strangely bumpy, my TV was never fixed after I alerted them that it was broken on the first day and the internet was spotty.

The property and rooms were super tiny. We were very glad for the rooftop restaurant it made it feel bigger. Cambria was well located to many of the attractions around NY or at least easy to get to.

Food on premises and rooftop bar although closed early on Sat nite - 11:30pm.

From the outside, it's in a good location and in walking distance to several things. The street in general is a little less than desirable but there is quite a bit of work going on which looks as though will enhance that. The front desk staff was incredibly nice but wasn't as informative as I'm use to. Overall, the hotel was nice but could use some pick me ups. The rooms are on the snug size. I don't enjoy when you can't open the windows. If you're not really spending a ton of time in the room perhaps the small things won't catch you but just in our bathroom alone, the lighting wasn't great, the shower light had dead bugs in it, the shower had been repaired with different colored caulking so it appeared dirty, the paint was peeling in a spot, the seal in the shower was cracked and growing mold, the shower shelf was nearly falling down, the seal around the toilet had been done poorly and was smeared on the floor, edges / corners had been ignored in the cleaning process and the sink was yellowing....it was little things like this throughout the room that I noticed. We chose to dine on the roof which is limited in space. The bartender was obviously acquainted with one of the tables. He was quick to tell me that because it was just him, service would be limited (there were only 3 other parties besides us) so we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. That being said, the atmosphere was nice, the food was priced ok, came quickly & was very good.

Excellent location. Walking distance to so many mayor sightseeing attractions. Staff was very friendly and attentive. This was our first time in New York and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent customer service!!!! Very quiet room and very comfortable beds.

Clean - spacious for NYC. Convenient location! I would stay here again for a second visit.

While my room was clean and spacious, they gave me a room right on the street. There is construction going on all night long and the room is not sound proof. Did not sleep well.

Quite nice space Room for NYC. Negative Pointe are lamp broken bulb, bathroim shelf broken.
