this was my first time in New York and i had a great stay, great location and my room had a wonderful view... it was also very clean.
Very modern and clean but no housekeeping and some of the staff at front desk weren’t too friendly. Towels were thin and cheap.
I liked how spacious this place is. I did not hear the other people next door. It was located in the perfect area.
It was in a great location at a very affordable price.
I did not get credit for my stay and I noticed I did not get credit for prior stays. After researching the issue I became aware of the fact that Marriott does not give credit to its loyal members if we use a third party site to book our stay. Horrible policy! Over the next 18 months I will cash in my 500,000 plus points and move on. In addition, when the property first opened Marriott did not have it on its own website.
The stay at this hotel was beyond our expectations. Wonderful location. Overall just a great stay.
I liked the bathrooms they were very modern besides the drain getting clogged and flooring
The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful!!! The room was clean and modern. The room a/c/ heat were easy to work and we were unbothered by noise from outside like we read in other reviews
