The Paramount has been my go to hotel for years. My trip this time was disappointing. The bar is now a self-serve cafe / bar. The bar experience was poor with inexperienced bartenders and the bar menu is gone. Very disappointing. I had to leave the hotel to find a bar with bar menu. The front desk staff was not engaged. The wi-fi set up was different and not great. All in all... I now need to find a new go-to hotel.

Great location, clean room, very basic. Watch out for extra charges for WiFi and gym (did not use either but had to pay extra $30).

Wifi service was nonexistent. I thought it was due to being in an internal room, but had problems in the lobby as well.

The bed not comfortable. The bedrooms so tiny. The carpet discussing.

Room was small. Did not like the hotel at all. Asked the staff for wake up call they did not do that. Paint in my room was coming off. No water or coffee in the room.

Decently priced. Great location. Front desk is extremely helpful.

It was too hot ans stuffy. Rooms were small with no coffee maker. You have to pay for amenities you don't even use.

Location is perfect to be in reach of everything. Our room was acceptable, with the exception of stains on the carpet, enamel peeled off the bottom of the tub, a toilet where you couldn't sit front ways (obstructed by a box covering pipes). The room pictures on the site make it appear much more pristine than it really is. We had a Deluxe King room and it was anything but deluxe.

Ok goodnight, the hotel is nice great location. I've gotta catch a plane. Thanks.

Great location, rooms are nice but small (not unusual for rooms in the area)

Room was quite small, but spent most of my time outside anyway.

Lobby is attractive but room was tiny and showing its age. Bar lacks character... breakfast options poor. Have stayed at Paramount many times over the years and have always had a good experience— great location. Housekeeper was very nice — greeted us in hall whenever he saw us.

Fantastic. Great people. All friendly and very helpful in every way. We will certainly return!!!

Hotel advertises a cafe and restaurant on site however both have been closed as of my visit in late 2018. Hotel has excellent atmosphere and lighting upon entering the facilities and check in was quick and easy.

Hotel lobby was so dark I couldn't see the bag in my hand. 12 minute wait to check in, only about 3 ahead of me. Hotel check-in was disruptive, clerk was speaking to someone else while I was trying to check in. When I asked if I could have a room with a bathtub, the clerk shrugged and said I don't know if the room has one or not. Room was clean but very shabby with holes/stains on carpet. Furnishings were very sparse, no clock on nightstand, and after finding drawers in closet, the drawers could only be opened so far and then they hit the ironing board. Shirts did not have enough room to hang. Bathroom was so small I could barefy fit in it let alone a bathtub. When I went to use shower the hot water was gone after 5 minutes.
