Staff is courteous. Comfortable beds. Poor water pressure and water not hot enough. Price was reasonable. Great location if you see lots of theater. They have constant problems with their ice machine.

Solo traveler and the small room was perfect, no more space needed. Being there for theatre, the Paramount is perfect…smack dab in the middle of Times Square and the theatre district!!

Location, location, location. Surrounded by good theaters and restaurants. Ramen, dim sum, piano bar, bagel shops, pizza all within a block or two. Saw Chess right across the street. Rooms are basic and on the small side but clean with good beds. Staff was friendly and courteous. Couldn't beat the value for the location.

I just needed a place to sleep, as out all day. This was ideal. Clean, presentable, helpful staff, a coffee shop for easy access breakfast, and a bar if I wanted it (I didn’t). The room and bathroom were small, but it’s New York, and I didn’t need any more room than that.

If your room is facing the Roger’s theater they are doing construction right across the street. Loud machines and beeping. The room itself was clean. The elevator service is really bad. We had to take the stairs multiple times because every time the doors open they were filled to capacity. The hotel is close to everything you need.

Room small but had everything u needed and it was clean, well kept. The lifts appeard to have that didnt work meaning some longer waits to get down from the 18th floor annoying but didnt really effect our stay that much would have been nice to know we could have paid to store our luggage there after chexk out but fantastic location i would definitely book again
