Our room was cold. When we checked in there was a window air conditioner - with large gaps. There was no heat - and the wall thermostat had been removed. When I talked to the front desk, they said the heat had not yet been turned on. They did send someone up to remove the AC unit, but not thermostat was installed and no heat the rest of the trip. The temps dropped overnights. ALSO - the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the toilet took multiple flushes to remove waste. While we have stayed here numerous times before, this was a disappointing stay and I doubt we will stay here again.

I didn't have hot water in the bathroom sink. A guy came to check it and just said he guessed it was broken. There needs to be charging ports next to the bed. And a small fridge would be nice. An ok hotel but next time I would rob pay a little more for more in room amenities.

The only thing good about this property is the location. Otherwise we had a terrible experience No hot water, so took cold showers for 2 days. Never answered the phone when we needed pillows. No ice bucket, room felt like a prison cell. No amenities, and horrible service.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

Terrible, Terrible, terrible. From the get my experience was terrible. Upon arrival there was no AC in the lobby. I was given a room with a twin bed, which they claimed I requested. What grown man requests a twin bed? The room was tiny with a window unit AC which was so LOUD I could not here the TV. The room was dirty had no amenities, no iron, no washcloths, no glasses or coffee maker. I will never stay here again. They charged me over $1000 when my agreement with Hotels.com was $259. It took 3 visits to the front desk and three refunds to rectify. That said, if you are looking for a budget hotel go to one of the new ones, at least they are clean, modern, and the same price. Don't be fooled by the pics, they spent all their $$$ in the lobby.

The hotel was great! It was in a perfect location. Only downside is our 1st day we didn’t have hot water and had to take a cold shower. I did however get refunded the service fees for each day as an accommodation. I would still recommend this hotel!
