I like the location of the hotel
The staff could be nicer, the bed wasnt very comfortable, but the location is very good
No amenities no ice machine nor frig, small restrooms tiny TV and horrible beds.
Perfect location
They have very small rooms which are fine and bigger two bed rooms that are both clean and seem like they were recently updated. The staff is phenomenol. I was so pleased with how they helped us out. Great place to stay. So close to times square. Would definitely stay there again.
Construction going on so it was a bit noisy in the lobby.

The property was very clean, the staff very helpful and attentive. Location was great, just a block off of Times Square. Transportation was great. The hotel rates were great for such a popular area. Food was expensive, but plenty of options.

A little noisy at night and the room was way too hot and I couldn’t adjust the heat.
The hotel staff was good and Joey Sasson at the front desk was excellent. He was pleasant, accommodating, engaging, very polite and friendly. He had great suggestions during our 2 day stay.
Location is excellent. Unfortunately no amenities. Bathroom very, very small.
We loved that there were many food options both on the street for the hotel and nearby. Easy access to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Bed was super comfortable and staff was attentive and friendly. We only had a few minor issues such as lack of water pressure in our shower and bathroom itself was super small. Also there was no fridge in the room and also no thermostat so we had to open the one window we could and unfortunately listen to the loud traffic and noises.
The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was hair on the wall, tub and floor. The room felt very sterile. A rug on the floor and some art on the walls would be nice. Beds were okay. Not terrible, but not great. Pillows were great. Bed linens were clean. Extra blankets in the closet were nice. But one had something spilled on it and they hadn’t been washed. TV is crooked. The smell of someone smoking pot in the next room was overwhelming at times. The location was perfect. Could walk to everything. It was a fine stay. But won’t stay there again.
Super central location. Convenient to walk around. Front desk staff was very professional.
The staff was very nice and made you feel welcome. The rooms were perfect for my daughter and myself. Our room was up to date. The location couldn't be better for Midtown stays. PERFECT!!
The property was old with the heating pipes making a lot of noise. Room very small. Has a lot of deferred maintenance. Staff was friendly and kind.
We were very happy with everything. Missing only the availability of mini fridges in the rooms.
