Brought my girl to NY for her 7th birthday and we really enjoyed our stay. Vanessa was so kind and reassuring when I called prior to our arrival. Front desk staff was kind and very helpful, location was perfect to walk everywhere and near subway stations. Bed upon sitting seemed old but my little one fell asleep quicker than she does at home and I woke up with no pains so it’s a win! Hot shower, lovely lobby, noise levels weren’t bad at all (if you’re a light sleeper let them know and maybe they can accommodate you). There’s no food inside but there’s SO much around to eat. All within 30 sec to 8 min tops for food! I loved the charm & we just loved it! It’ll def be our choice next time! Only “downfall” was elevators were a bit slow in the AM but nothing some exercise down the stairs can’t fix! Highly recommend ♥️
