Genuinely loved this quaint little place! The staff were very friendly. I only gave the overall rating a 4 due to the old furniture and uncomfortable mattress in the room. Rooms need a coffee pot and new furniture and this place would be perfect. Honestly though, it wouldn’t keep us from booking there again. The location truly couldn’t get any better! We walked everywhere.

Good location. This hotel seems to be part permanent residence and part nightly/weekly rental. It seemed a bit odd at first but we were only there for 1 night. It felt safe. It was a little older building. Elevators are small. It was convenient that they held our luggage for the day so we could explore more of the city before catching our flight later that evening.

Loved this gem of a hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was what I would consider pretty spacious for a Times Square hotel, bathroom was big. so close to all the favorites, minutes away from the theaters, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, etc. free bag check to hold your bags while you explore the city after you’ve checked out. We will definitely be back. There’s no restaurant (or even a soda machine) within the hotel, but there’s a very convenient and very affordably priced 24 hour eatery with upstairs seating right next-door.

Check in and check out were fine. They held my bag for a few hours while I attended a conference. The room was very small looked ver out dated. The bathroom sink leaked. I felt like I was at a hostel. But the location was central and close to everything. The cleanest of the rooms was a turn off.
