The check in process was very slow and staff were not attentive with zero explanation. There is deposit but it has already been month since we checked out and it still has not been received. I've never had a deposit refund this slow. We were staying for an anniversary but was a disappointing first impression. Room was nice.

We booked a suite w sofa bed but when it was not available they gave us two king rooms for the same prace. That’s an upgrade! And when my friend got suck, they let us do very late checkout for just one room cost, (3 pm for 79$.) Great customer svc!

Cleanliness issues marred stay

This hotel was pretty meh for the money. We appreciated the 1br suite being an option as we are traveling with kids; front desk staff was very nice; and the lobby coffee was excellent. However, the room condition and especially cleanliness weren’t great. The bathroom was an afterthought - weird hole cut in the ceiling for sprinkler, lots of bad painting and moisture bubbles, they installed a new shower curtain and weirdly left the old, now-unused curtain rings on the bar. But cleanliness was my biggest issue - floors weren’t very clean (found a toenail in the living room…) and worst of all, in the corner behind the bedroom door there was a pile of dust bunnies that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. We raised it several times but it was never cleaned. This place offers a functional room, bigger than average depending on room type - but don’t expect any cleaning standards or responsiveness to issues.
